
This store has drastically gone down hill over the years. It gets dirtier every time I step foot into the establishment. Whether it be rubbish everywhere or items just thrown about in any given location. You walk into the store and before entry you notice the rubbish bins filled to the brim, something that one may take as sign for how the rest of the store looks I suppose.
I swear half of the staff is unknowledgeable about locations or any sales going on at any given moment. I can ask an employee on the floor about sales and they have no clue what I’m talking about or I’ll ask the cashier who also doesn’t know what I’m talking about.
There are a few out outliers that take the time to help you out if you have questions and if they don’t know what you’re talking about they take the time to figure it out and do the best to inform you. Ones that come to mind are the shorter woman with the colored hair, the young man that wears a red cap, the young girl at the electronics desk and the shorter woman who’s in charge some nights at the registers. Sorry for those I’ve mentioned here, I just don’t interact with you enough to know your names.
My wife swears by this location and I say it’s more approachable of a store than the one connected to the mall down the road but even she has been getting frustrated with this store.
This is mainly the reason I’m writing this review now. She had an encounter Friday night with whoever was in charge and did not come out of this confrontation pleased. Mind you she is no “Karen” and is very patient and kind… but she said the woman was especially nasty towards her.

Read moreI don't usually fill these survey's out, but after today's experience I'm going to reconsider my thoughts. I had the pleasure today of meeting two of your associates, Mischelle and Sar. My schedule is always hectic and I waited until the last minute to purchase 10 bikes for a charity event. I first spoke with Mischelle and explained what I was hoping to accomplish, and she immediately went to work looking up what I had asked her for. Mischelle then turned me over to Sar, who went back and forth with me from guest services to the bike area more than once. Together they provided superior guest service in helping me accomplish what I had set out to do. I was only able to secure 6 of the 10 bikes at this location, so Mischelle called ahead to the other Target location in Warwick to help me complete my task. Sar, also went above and beyond what most associates I have dealt with in the past will do. She scanned at least 10 different bikes for me, and she never once made me feel like I was a pain lol. I have owned businesses for over 30yrs., so I recognize and appreciate great customer service. Read moreI am very angry with target at the Warwick location on Ball Hill Road Route 2 I went in there today to buy a game for my Nintendo switch before I Left my house . I went on the Target app and it stated that you had four copies of the Game Rudolph, however when I went to the store, there was none left that is very misleading to your customers because they are taking their time to go to your store for one particular item and then when they get there, that item is not there I have disabilities and cannot get around very well and have to depend on a DSP worker to take me to where I need to go and I’m on a very timed schedule so I had to waste my day to go to target in Warwick location on Ball Hill Road only to find out that Rudolph was not there. I had to have my DSP worker take me to the Smithfield location for me to get my game. I wasted a whole day and was unable to do other tasks that I needed to get done.
