Certain things In life make a huge impression on you as a child, I the 1980s when I was in Girl Scouts we got to go to the Octagon House the entire home was filled with antiques from the 1800s I remember there being a somewhat dungeon, and also found out It was part of the underground railroad which kudos to the owner and the rave folks climbing to freedom.. I came home and talked about my experience for weeks and years after that so I suggest anyone with or without kids take a tour!! I'm going...

I'm not sure if we can call this a museum. I was disappointed they did not have better signs on what was going on. The signs in the grass said "no trespassing " so I didn't go in. The grounds look nice and it appears they host events occasionally...
