I was so excited to try this new location, but was extremely let down after my experience there today. The manager (she said her name was Jessica P) threatened to call the cops during my visit. I was not being loud, rude or unreasonable… I just wanted the $2 birthday coupon that I had right in front of me! The app was being funny, and I showed her the problem, as well as the valid coupon I had. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I told her I wasn’t trying to scam the system, she could take my name down so I couldn’t reuse the coupon (which was about to expire anyway) if it would ever work. She said they would waste so much money if they did that. I told her they would lose even more money if she didn’t just simply apply the $2 discount. I explained the situation was silly, and that she would lose a loyal customer, and make zero dollars from the drink they just prepared for me because she said they would throw it out. AGAIN over $2!! I asked to speak to another manager and she said she was the only one there. As I was proceeding to talk to her… SHE WALKED AWAY! She came back and said the other manager said to just apply it.. I was livid. Not only did she lie about another manager not being there, but she also just walked away from a customer mid sentence! I politely recommended she doesn’t do that to any other customer and that if there is ever and issue say, “I am so sorry for the inconvenience, just give me one moment to see what I can do for you.” Instead of apologizing she said, “This is me being nice.” Well holy cow, if that was her being nice… I never want to be around when she’s mad. She should not be working in customer service, let alone ever be a manager. I come from a family who owned their own food company, and I myself have been a Retail Sales Manager at another store. I would absolutely NEVER speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. It’s too bad, I was excited for this location to open. Needless to say, I will never be back, and I will definitely be letting everyone know about my horrendous experience there. You would think with a business being open for not even a week yet that they would have been trained on how to interact with customers appropriately. I am extremely disappointed. I hope the owner sees this and speaks with her before he loses many more loyal customers. I heard the franchise owner is a fellow Washington TWP neighbor and was ecstatic to support his business. Though I will never be back, I do wish him all the best. Praying all the kinks get worked out before they lose more people in such a...
Read moreWe’ve come here a a handful of times and 9/10 times something is wrong, so I’m finally writing a review. Today we ordered 2 smoothies and asked for it thick. Guess what wasn’t thick, anyway… We received the smoothies and said have a good day. As soon as we pulled forward we realized we didn’t receive our $4 change but had the receipt? Parked the car and headed to the door - it was locked 12 mins before closing time. A lady was pulling up chairs and I knocked showing my receipt. She ignored me. We had to pull around to the drive thru waiting for 3 more cars to get their food, wasting more of our time. When we pulled up - no hello, nothing. We said we didn’t receive our change and handed my receipt. Her name was Gabriella, she snickered with some of the other workers then reluctantly handed back $4. Very rude especially when it’s your fault. Could you not remember 4 cars previous? Ridiculous. You can keep your watery smoothies. I’ll head the extra 10 mins to Rochester or 21 mile before...
Read moreThose card readers at the drive-thru have GOT TO GO! Run the card like every other place, everywhere. I gather that the use of these is to "answer the question" and give a tip... Which is ridiculous to start with. I went along for months with that, gave tips, but NEVER got a thank you for doing so. No I select "no tip" and just get a more rude attitude (even compared to the "no thank you" for previous tips given!). The card reader is awkward and difficult to do for some of us based on which car we drive, etc. Please don't make it difficult for your customers to give you money! That's a bad business model. As for tipping; it's really just got to go. We assume the price we pay for blended up ice and fruit is for the labor involved. They aren't...
