Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

I ordered at the counter a hot and ready in a crazy puffs with pepperoni I was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for the pepperoni crazy puffs. So I asked if they're crazy Puffs and the pizza could come out at the same time . After waiting 15 minutes in watching everybody leave before me that ordered after me. He said they had online orders and screen crashed which wasn't true because I heard them ordering. I wait another 10 minutes he told me that that was my pizza but he left it there and walked away. I asked him again could I just have my food he finally gave it to me. I called the manager who was aggressive, snide and rude. She didn't seem very concerned she said she would look at the camera as I told her I just left and yet she remembered who I was because she threw in a free sauce. It was like she didn't believe it took 25 minutes I told her I'd give her my receipt number. Then she proceeded to say when I asked if another manager was in tomorrow she said I'm the owner "do you have a problem with that" she said very combative and aggressive. Then said they were in a rush I said I understand that but you usually give the people that are waiting the longest their order not handed out to people behind you. Before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me. I called back to finish what I was saying. When I asked if the computer went down why he didn't verbally tell the orders she said it only went down for a minute . This place has completely gone downhill since Khristy took over and no one was wearing gloves at all both items were cold. I don't mind waiting but when you're handed people after you pizzas when that's what I was waiting on supposedly the crazy Puffs were done. And to have be practically HARRASSED by Kristy, the snide, rude, combative,aggressive manager after letting her know there was an issue. Not worth going here. Sorry Kristy , this is not how you run a business or take care of customers. The attitude and telling me your the manager just made sense why it was a mess and unpleasant experience here. Usually don't leave reviews but the manager was so rude and combative. They also cross contaminate their pizzas by not wiping off the cutter, ingredients that other people are allergic to on to the others Pizza. You have to wonder about a place that only replies to good reviews and not the bad experience reviews as well. Little Caesars down the street in Romeo is DEFINITELY worth the drive and always has picture perfect pizza that actually matches the picture they advertise and always...

I came here for a quick bite and got a lunch combo, I was excited because one was supposed to be fresh and ready in 4 minutes upon my ordering. I waited for the pizza and took it to go. When I went to indulge I was met with huge glops of sauce, cheese and pepperonis sliding right off, and an undercooked pizza. Thankfully I got dipping sauce which made the doughy taste bearable…. I wish I had time to circle back and ask for a new pizza but my allotted lunch time did not permit. I also wish I could say the service made up for this experience but I wasn’t even asked if I wanted my receipt so I didn’t receive one, I feel like that in itself shows the amount of care that was put into my overall experience at Little Caesar’s today. The manager/owner, short with glasses a lil off there is literally telling my wife that there was no green peppers on the pizza when we have allergies and they accepted to replace it and said don't bring it back. And then said that somebody is credit card didn't go through for an extra marina sauce 6 months ago!? The credit card goes in or it doesn't go in right at the time of purchase and you get a receipt. This was the most a bizarre encounter where they accuse you of things just so they don't have to replace one of their horrible pizzas that they agreed to ! I really hope they learn not to put other ingredients on pizzas that don't have it because people do have food allergies and I think they're very careless with allergies not caring if someone gets sick.
