This is the North Cornerstone of the original Federal City 10-square mile survey from 1791-92. I parked in the nearby parking lot and walked over to the stone.

Feels weird to review a landmark. It's an eroding stone with a small fence around it. It's just down the slope from the road and safety rail, toward the condos, and easy to miss or confuse with a creek. There's no park or parking like the south and west...
