An unforgettable experience capturing the beauty of waterfalls in new colors and styles, no matter how many times I visit. This place is truly iconic, attracting people from all over the world. In winter, the waterfalls get a light frost, creating a magical atmosphere that feels fresh and inspiring every time.
I was born in Europe, and even as a child, I admired this waterfall. Back then, I never imagined I’d one day live just 40 minutes away and visit regularly as a photographer, capturing engagements, weddings, and proposals. Portland locals are so lucky to have not just Multnomah Falls but also Latourell Falls, Horsetail Falls, Wahclella Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Elowah Falls, and many more nearby.
I’ve photographed couples traveling from Seattle, Tacoma, Texas, New York, and beyond to experience these breathtaking locations. If you’re looking for a wedding or engagement photographer in Oregon, I’d love to capture your special moments here!

Read moreThese iconic waterfalls are an absolute wonder of nature and a must visit if you are in the Portland area. This is a gem for photography lovers, take your tripod with you and enjoy it. The best spot for the pictures is actually at the base, a few steps from the parking lot. If you are willing to hike a short steep path you can reach the bridge to take extra pictures of the upper falls. On the other hand, in my opinion going all the 2-mile way up to the top of the falls is not worth it. The way is super steep, narrow and strenuous, and the views from above are not that great, not of the falls anyway, perhaps of the river and the highway. I recommend coming here early in the morning (by 8-9 am), as the main parking lot is small and fills up quickly. there is a overfill parking lot by interstate 84 that connects this with a tunnel. There is also a small cafeteria to have breakfast and...
Read moreThis is a great work out with incredible views! We thoroughly enjoyed that this is a free park to hike and take pictures. At the bottom there is a coffee stand, restaurant, gift shop and educational/information nature center. The initial area at the bottom is ADA friendly with a ramp on the side. It takes you right to the bottom of the falls. It is great for for pictures! There is a .2 Mile hike to Benson Bridge, which is very easy. There is also the 2 Mile round trip hike to the top of the falls. It is paved but it is steep on the way up which can be challenging. The hike is well worth it when you see the beautiful view at the top. The end of the trail is a platform built over the top of the waterfall! There are multiple opportunities to take pictures and enjoy the scenery throughout...
