I try not to give one star reviews, however: This review dosent reflect the actual water falls but bus transportation system to get there. We arrived and had to wait in a hour + line in the heat. A bus driver then showed up and decided he needed to take his 15 minute break and went had to wait for the next bus after his. For how much this location is advertised in the airport, downtown Portland and on TV they need to make sure people don't waste $5 on "parking" with an hour wait. Really disappointing to arrive to such an exciting location to and feel like it wasn't even worth it. If you are planning on getting to the waterfall bring a shade umbrella plenty of water and maybe even a camping chair to sit in for how long...
Read moreMultnomah Falls is a waterfall located in the Columbia River George, between Corbett and Dodson, Oregon. This is the tallest waterfall in Oregon at 620 ft in height and is considered as second tallest year-round waterfall in the United States by the United States Forest Service. It has an amazing view and a bridge that connects the trail where people can stand, take pictures, and enjoy the top view. This waterfall attract over two million visitors each year, making it the most-visited natural recreation site in the U.S. Pacific Northwest. Don’t worry about your vehicles as there is a plenty of parking space on the highway exit. To be frank, no one regrets after visiting this place and one should never miss viewing...
Read moreBeautiful waterfall that was very easy to get to! GoogleMaps brings you directly to the parking lot. The parking lot is pretty big. I went there on a Sunday about 9 am and got a great spot and saw several other spots. You can see the waterfall from the parking lot, can’t really miss it. You pretty much walk from the parking lot to across the street for barely a stroll and you will arrive. There’s a nice inn, restaurant, and gift shop there. It wasn’t too hard to get good pictures of the waterfall and pictures of you in front of the waterfall when we were there. If you take a short hike, you can get up to the bridge. It was probably a 0.25 mile hike with a little elevation. The view/picture is still best from the...
