Library Park — Attraction in Waterbury

This park has been neglected over the years but is still community friendly. Centered among the metro North railroad to it's left; Waterbury superior courthouse to it's front, and the sails Bronson library to it's right. Sometimes the city holds events open to the community. The library bathrooms are disgusting. Also, the homeless congregate here so I often experience disturbing behavior. People snoring, drinking, excessive and inappropriate talk, and offensive smells.
