Naugatuck Valley Shopping Center — Attraction in Waterbury

To he Naugatuck Valley Shopping Center has a storied past. It was originally the site for the Pine Drive In; back when Drive-ins were all the rage. It then became the home of the areas first "real" mall. Anchored by Sears on one end and G. Fox on the other. It contained many stores including Chess King, McCrorys (sp?), and a 3 or 4 screen movie theater. When the original mall was raised it became the configuration we have today. It is an "open-air" complex which contains a Staples, Stop and Shop, Bob's Store, Walmart and Panera to name a few. It is a relatively safe area with ample parking.

If ample parking is what you are looking for than Naugatuck Valley Shopping Center should top your list. Since Stop and Shop closed it's doors and relocated to the former Shoprite building ample parking leads the list of...

Walmart, employees are barely ever there to help and some dont want to. No complains at Stop and Shop except for the bank that resides inside of that store. Peoples United. They start charging people for things known as debit charges out of the blue. I was paying a bill monthly, nvr charged. Suddenly, I'm being charged,they say the charge was coming from my bill. They didnt change nothing.The bank suddenly decided to start charging like that and I couldn't change to credit as the bank suggested cause it wouldn't let me,-on the bank side. They also had someone take thousands out without my permission and refused to send me the paperwork to fix it cause they knew they screwed up big. So the bank helped someone rob my acc.Start to wonder...

This shopping plaza maybe called Naugatuck valley shopping center...... but it is definitely not in Naugatuck I don't know what made the owner's name it Naugatuck valley shopping center because it's in Waterbury it kinda makes you think that it's in Naugatuck CT just by the name of the place but I guess that they wanted to be funny and make people get lost and drive all the way to Naugatuck CT just to find the Naugatuck valley shopping center when it's in Waterbury CT lol that is just something that I thought of but anyways besides the name of the place it's a great shopping center there is a Walmart, Payless, Wendy's, stop and shop, Panera bread,gas station...
