Subway — Restaurant in Waterville

Came in tonight for the first time in months. The employees were horrible this time around the young man and young girl were clearly to involved in their conversation with the friend to help the young girl (who is obviously new)make our 4 sanwiches. The sandwiches were horrible everything was piled in the middle leaving a good inch and a half to 2 inches on each end empty, the sandwiches we toasted but completely cold in the middle the kids meal sandwich was way smaller than normal at the most 1/2 a six inch after all said and done they cashed us out or tried and messing up and not being able to figure out the register instead of waiting we said keep the change they were so excited for their tip. In reality nobody deserved a tip today we just didn't want to wait any longer for our change or reciept. SMH such a disappointment tonight.. And to top it off it was our daughters birthday dinner choice...please do some...

Once again it was horrible asked for ft long mutigrain Flatbread no idea if discontinued or what but the kid looked couldn't find any so he grab a regular Flatbread bread didn't bother to say hey were out or discontinued sorry made my sandwich literally left 2 inches on both ends completely empty asked him to spread it out alittle he just pushed it down seriously if I'm going to pay close to $10 dollars for a footlong sandwich I'd like to have a foot long not a 8in sandwich and 4 in of of plain bread. Everyone should be trained the same quality and consistency and friendly staff is a must when running a food service based business. Very...

Have been here twice lately, ordering on the app and eating in the store, and both times have had EXCELLENT experiences! Today, it was only 1 woman working by herself. Even though she was busy, she took the time to stop and ask me if my bacon was crispy enough (I had requested it be extra crispy) and was not bothered at all that I asked her to cook it a little bit more. She had orders coming in left and right, through the computer and walk in customers, and she handled it like a pro! Also worth mentioning, my food was extremely fresh and delicious! I will definitely be visiting this location again! Thanks for your amazing service...
