Niles branch: I walked into the store to pick up merchandise.And was having a really bad day.It was clearly written on my face.And I was greeted by the most awesome individuals Ever ,that I have never even met before. I wish I caught her name.But she sat at the front and had dark hair with a very bubbly personality. Along with another man. She looked at my face and gave me a hug.And I'm usually not a touchy person like that. She was the person that you could say anything to and she instantly made you feel comfortable. Even divulging information that she didn't have to about her own personal life to make me feel better about my situation. There are not too many people out there in the world that are willing to go that extra mile to put a smile on your face, even if it's temporarily. There's absolutely not too many people willing to show their true to help someone else in their time of need. I know this isn't necessarily about the products ,however products and prices are amazing. I think she's the Bud.Tenders and employees are even better. I hope this. Message makes it to whoever I'm speaking about because she really Helped me that day. If more people in the world behaved like the people at the dispensary.It would be a much better world. I will never go to another dispensary.They are sincerely the best people. I would love to work on a team like theirs. Hopefully one day, I just want to surround myself with good hearted people like them. I can read people pretty well and they are all very genuine. She never had to say a word to me and she definitely didn't have to tell me about her story in which we have very similar circumstances . I stopped at this dispensary for the first time this evening after having consistently positive experiences at their Streetsboro location, where I’ve always been treated professionally and kindly. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t reflect that same level of service.

I ordered online for drive-thru pickup, expecting a smooth process. After waiting over 10 minutes in line, I reached the window and was informed that because it was my first visit to this location, they couldn’t serve me through the drive-thru - I’d need to come inside. While I understood the policy, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly communicated on the website before I placed my order.

I parked and went inside, and when I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk that I wasn’t having a great first experience, his response was to chuckle and roll his eyes, rather than offer any understanding or apology. That felt dismissive and frustrating. When I asked to speak with a manager, I spoke calmly with Justin. He suggested the staff member probably laughed because he thought I was joking. I explained that there was nothing humorous about my feedback. Justin mentioned the drive-thru policy was on the website “in small print” but couldn’t locate it when trying to show me.

This wasn’t about the policy 1 it was about how the situation was handled. I left feeling unappreciated as a customer. With so many dispensary options becoming available, good customer service will matter more than ever.
