I have been to this place several times and after my experience this year I can’t say I will ever go back. When we arrived there had already been thunder and a worker was standing by the entrance and never said a word we then bought our tickets to mini golf and with all the no refund signs that work then said that we should be prepared to pull people off the course at any moment but we could start. I 100% understand that this is safety protocol but we were told that lightning would be the deciding factor. About 15 minutes later they made an announcement saying that everyone needed to exit the course and return back to the club house. I asked the worker who was standing by the entrance and asked if there has been any lightning because all we had seen was rain and he paused and said there was rain and thunder prior to us entiring the course but never mentioned lightning. I then asked why everybody has to leave the course and he said for safety. All it has done is rain all summer why can’t we just adapt to the rain? However they did reimburse us for tickets I thought their customer service was terrible and the workers could have been much more transparent about polices and not hidden information about what was really going to happen. Please be more open about what is really going to happen I don’t believe that shutting down the whole place was necessary for rain like really it’s rain I don’t think anyone has ever melted for rain. To the staff at wonder mountain please check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Our first time, we were there just to play mini golf, but there are other things to do (mini golf, go carts, walk trough maze, arcade). They have options to pay for combinations of play depending on what different things you want to do. To our surprise they have two 18 hole courses to choose from or play both. We chose to play the Mountain Mania course and had a really good time. It has nicely designed hole layouts with various natural obstacles and traps. A sufficient paved walkway and sometimes a bridge boardwalk over the water features, through the entire course makes it easy to navigate. We could have gone on after and played the Nautical Nightmare course for a lesser price, which is a nice option, but it was getting late and we still had a long drive ahead, not to mention the place was full of people. It looked like it would have been just as good as the one we played, we will definitely try it another time. It was easy to find and accommodates lots of people with all there is to do. It has been around for quite some time apparently but still holds up pretty well. Some things here and there could use a repair, but nothing was dangerous or anything. The staff was very helpful with questions and quick to keep things moving. Definitely a great place to have some fun with friends or family. It is a must try and maybe try again if you can't fit it all in. I imagine you could spend a good portion of the day here doing everything they have to offer.

We booked online for 7 of us, including 3 adults, 2 seniors, one junior and a toddler along with a cabana near the wave pool. We were initially very disappointed that the wave pool was closed, we were told because of a pipe break that occurred a week ago, and no notice of it being closed was posted on their website and we were really looking forward to that feature. Nonetheless, we went down a bunch of slides and went around the Lazy River several times. The lines were reasonably short so we got to go as many times as we wanted. We ordered food while in the cabana and we were very glad we booked it because one of us was able to bring the toddler there for a nap and we had privacy to change and eat our food in comfort and peace. All in all a very positive experience.

You may have played mini golf before, but if you haven't tried playing mini golf at Wonder Mountain, then you haven't tried the most fun mini golf that you'll ever play! I have been going here for 34 years! It opened when I was 11, and my family would bring my sister, myself & cousins here as an annual fun experience ( as we were also camping in the campground just behind it.) There are TWO, 18-hole paths to choose from. Wonder Mountain & Nautical Nightmare. They're both equally fun, (but Wonder Mountain was the first one created - so to me, it's the most fun & full of nostalgia.) They have been keeping up with repairs on everything as the years have gone by and the only thing that I noticed- just this year, are a few of the benches to sit at, at each hole are in need of repair. Other than that, it's like new, every year! (It's not run down, like a lot of other places you may have seen/played at in the past.) I have been bringing my own children here for over 10 years now. There's also an arcade, go-karts & a maze that's on site, making one night a truly memorable & super run experience. The prices are affordable & they also have packages, if you wanted to do one or more (or all) of the fun experiences offered. I would HIGHLY recommend going! Even if it's just you and your significant other with no children -- You & yours won't be...
