Nash is my new best friend! Seriously I could kiss that guy! He got my iPhone 6 back up and running in 10 mins time after taking it to Apple for them to tell me that it was essentially DOA and there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. That meant all of my data (photos, text messages, voice notes, notes and lot more) all gone! I hadn’t backed my phone up since April. I was devastated! I googled near by iPhone repair places and found Nash. Nash immediately took my phone in for repair while i waited. With in minutes he recommended replacing the pixel screen (I think I’m saying that right). I agreed. He fixed the phone in 10 minutes and I was back in business. All for $59 plus tax which I was happy to pay! Thank you Nash! You saved the day! I’ll back if I have any more issues with my iPhone. PS The girl at Apple said, “Try a 3rd party Apple dealer and maybe for $1,000-$1,500 they can get your data back, but the phone can’t be turned back on.” WRONG! I not only got all of my data back but the phone works perfectly! I’m so grateful! I highly...
Read moreI HAD a HTC Droid DNA which was fully functional aside from a cracked screen. Everything seemed great when I walked in. They said they could fix it for $100, which I pre-paid (worst mistake ever - do NOT pre-pay these guys). After hours, they returned the phone with the screen falling off, the volume key half-working, and the camera non-functional.
After 30 days of trying to get my phone fixed. I found out:
(a) the person who originally worked on my phone was fired (Simon, the owner, told me this directly himself)
(b) and they specialize in fixing iPhones! They don't even keep inventory for parts for other devices. They had no right to try to fix this phone
(c) after having another expert analyze the device, he concluded they went cheap by only trying to replace the digitizer rather than both the digitizer and LCD as a combo. This is why my screen is hanging off my phone.
(d) They failed to re-assemble the device properly thus breaking my volume button and camera.
I wouldn't trust these...
Read moreBe careful! I have replaced the screen on my phone two times in the last three months. I have even purchased the glass protective shield and both times my phone has fallen the glass shield has cracked as well as my screen. My sister-in-law has had the same issues. Spent over $100 each time and their product must be very cheaply made. These are obviously cheap products that they are using. And to top it all off one of the brothers that owns it started getting very lippy with me. Telling me that my phone must be from China. I had the first iPhone that ever came out from Apple and I’ve broken screens and I’ve had them replaced, I’ve also bought protective shields for them and I’ve never had a problem thought I would use somebody local instead of giving the big Company the business but it’s definitely not worth it! At this point I have spent over $200 I was better off going to Apple and paying The same amount to get a real...
