Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in West Branch Township

I enjoy my shopping experiences at Wild Bills in Westbranch, Mi. The staff is always kind and helpful..Precilla and the others make it worth coming in...Although all of the employees are wonderful, one in particular is what I call outstanding...her name is Anna. I am 70 yrs. Old and retired... Every time I come into the store she makes me feel special. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. A man of my age isn't always the sharpest tool in the shed, but she waits on me patiently answering my questions and ALWAYS having the right respond...I was extremely unhappy with a product that I had bought at Wild Bills and Anna told me," no matter what it takes ,you will leave here happy,I don't care what I have to do ,you are a valued customer and we want you coming back!! Thank you for a well run store and thank you for Anna...I will keep coming back as long as...

Always have such a welcoming greeting when walking in the store each staff member is polite and always smiling. I had an issue with my e cigarettes and they returned them with no problem being that I never take my copy of the transaction but them were able to pull up my account and see when I purchased them and then let me open the new ones to make sure they were good to go.
