Ballard Designs Outlet West Chester Ohio — Attraction in West Chester Township

By far one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. The sales associates were especially rude to me, especially one particular sales associate. I asked if I could see a desk from the back that a previous sales associate informed me was available, and then was argued with when I asked to see it. Not only was this one particular associate arguing with me, she was also gossiping about me with other coworkers, as I overheard her. I have never experienced such bad service. If you already know what you want and it's out in the store, then shop here. If you ask for anything from the back, don't expect it to be a great experience. Also, my mother got told previously that there were no holds allowed, and today there was a hold on a desk that she wanted to purchase. The sales associate wouldn't even let us offer to buy it, as this random woman called and put a hold on it, which I had been previously told was not allowed. What's the point of going to an outlet to purchase something, if you can just call and put it on hold? I won't recommend this...

Carolyn went above and beyond with her help and customer service! I was looking for 4 items to fulfil my Breton benches from Ballard Designs Outlet. I was only able to find 2 items the first time I went to the store, I was on their wish list and Carolyn called me when the remainder 2 items arrived! I was able to get my benches and cushions for a portion of the cost and would recommend the store and Carolyn as the staff to assist you...

Had a lousy experience at this over-crowded pile of stuff today. I have MS and use a shopping cart to get around but there were so many chairs and tables that it was nearly impossible to see ANYTHING up close and the retail geniuses had decided that shoppers don’t need carts. What that meant is Ballard’s doesn’t care about folks who need a cart to shop. Message received. My money walking out the door...
