My husband and I just purchased a sectional on Thursday evening. We walked around and we're both really pleased with the selections available and I was absolutely in LOVE with the prices. I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered.
After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck.
Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby!

They let you take your time and are always available to answer questions. They also sell the same products as the big brand stores at better price points. They save you around 30% off sticker prices, but since realistically nobody pays sticker price, it's still at least 15-20% off the sale pricing at the big brand stores, for the exact same items. It's great if they have what you like in stock. If not they will special order them and get it to you when they arrive. They have a great catalog & a very functional and useful website too, to choose from and order.
COVID-19 has affected furniture shipments drastically, so I wouldn't blame them for the fact that it takes very long to get what you ordered. When the guy finally came, he said they were closing and seemed like he was in a rush to get out. I called back the next day and asked if we can order over the phone. The guy fluctuated on the price and said he would have to ask his boss and get back to me. When he called back, he said they were out of stock and I'd have to wait 2 weeks for a new table. He said I would still get the table at the same price. After calling back, (a person named Gene) changed the price AGAIN. He thought I wanted the damaged floor table for $1000, but said no one would sell a table for that cheap ($1,000) and said I can look elsewhere unless I wanted the DAMAGED table for $1095.
