Great experience shopping until I got up to the register and the Indian lady HARRASSED ME! I mean I think I told her no 15 times on applying for a tj maxx card, to the point I’m shaking when I get to the car. This is so unacceptable. If a customer says no the first time, have some respect. Some of us can’t apply for your cards. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone was looking at how she was treating me. Poor lady after me I know she was upset as soon as you walk to the register your entire mood gets shifted. Worst Cashier and Manager ever! so rude and mean! just left the store. Has been 3 years since I came to visit this store, and today I went in with my son to make this big purchase. Cashier #7Dani and #8 Emma did not greet (hi, hello, good afternoon, NOTHING!) all good. (I worked 14years as a customer service/cashier/server) Not the way you treat a CUSTOMER at all!!!. I was treated like a thieve! I felt OFFENDED, discriminated, intimidated, and also my son, because maybe our ethnicity!. I was spending this much money and I was not giving my bags until my transaction was approved, another customer saw that and cursed them out. I love Tj maxx but i Will not be going back to this location anytime soon. The lady at checkout ( older with an accent, who doesn’t seem to understand English very well.) forced me into the credit card even after I said “no” multiple times. It got to the point where I had to sign up just to get her to check me out. I get that you get paid more for having customers sign up but you shouldn’t force them and listen when they say no the first time. I have never had someone tell me to sign up more than once any other time I’ve gone here it’s always been a simple no and I get checked out and go on with my day.
