Maurices — Local services in West Chester Township

I purchased 4 items online using the b1g1 free sale and was able to use my bday coupon discount on top of it. I was psyched getting these items for a steal! Within 24 hours that steal of a deal was taken away from me when my order was canceled for "unforseen reasons." It isn't because the items were out of stock. In fact, right after receiving notice of cancelation i went back online to see if items were in stock and how about that.....that b1g1 deal was over so if I wanted to reorder those items it would've cost way more and I lost my bday coupon. I sent an email and never received a response. Color me disappointed and no longer shopping at Maurices.

Update: I ended up having to do an online chat and call to customer service but they were able to reorder all my items for an even bigger discount for the troubles. Items were delivered and I am satisfied with them. Now I did do another online order for different items a few days later and guess what....all items canceled again! This isn't really worth it to me to pursue again. I will just stay disappointed with this place and how online orders...

So I have been looking for a pair of merlot colored jeans, and I remembered my sister told me about this place. So I called and asked if they had my size before I drove 30 minutes. They were so nice on the phone! When I arrived they had my jeans, a a top Picked out for me that was so adorable! Made my experience so much more pleasant! This is my second visit to a Maurice's. The first was off of I-71. Today I went to this one off of I-75. I had similar experiences at both. Wow, they are special! The staff at both stores are super friendly and helpful. Today, Alex was my personal helpmate.
