Firebirds Wood Fired Grill — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Everything was perfection. Wife and I went to celebrate for our 6th anniversary, a few days early. But the staff treated it as our anniversary day. Jessica our waitress was amazing and the perfect balance of attentive but not overbearing. We felt the perfect balance of having privacy without being forgotten. Jessica was sweet and caring and wanted our night to be great which she succeeded with flying colors. The food was amazing and felt like we got our money's worth. The atmosphere was nice. The music that was playing was at a great level, wasn't blaring where we couldn't hear each other but loud enough to hear what song was playing. Lighting was perfect, my wife had a slight migraine/ headache prior and the lighting was perfect where she didn't feel any problems and was comfortable. We both got the 3 course meal but we didn't eat the desserts and took them home. We asked for the desserts to be boxed. Jessica let us know she was going to do something for out anniversary with the desserts which we appreciated but since we got them boxed she instead got us a little champagne. Which we felt was going above which we appreciated. (Even though I don't drink, the gesture was greatly appreciated) We had a visa gift card that was having issues taking payment. The issue was on our end not Firebird but one of the managers came by to let us know there was an issue. We've been to the Mason location and have been excited for this location to open up since it's closer. You can tell everyone working the front is still learning which we didn't mind, but for everyone else, please be patient with them until the get the hang of it.

All the workers were super nice and our waitress Hannah/Hanna (Sorry I'm not sure how her name was spelled) was attentive and never missed a beat in refills.

The food was even better here than the Mason location. My ribeye was so tender I could use my fork to cut it and it was so flavorful. BLT side salad was amazing and the bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My husband got the filet mignon and parmesan mashed potatoes. He said the steak was perfect and potatoes were great. Next time I'll get the black diamond double martini. I couldn't this time.

We loved that there was more lighting here. The bar section is huge which is ideal for their happy hours.

Only 2 cons: 1. Bathrooms felt like an after thought in the building process. Just an awkward set-up. 2. I like the separate seating section with open windows for fresh air. The issue is the only thing dividing that room and the regular dining is a glass wall so you can see the people right next to you almost like they're mirroring you. Maybe adding blinds or curtain to block off would be better.

A Perfect Celebration at Firebirds – With a Happy Accident! We celebrated my mother’s special birthday at Firebirds in Liberty Township (7685 Blake Street, Liberty Center), and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely fantastic. She took care of our party of seven with grace, warmth, and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly, and her upbeat energy made the evening even more special. Fun twist, Jordan accidentally brought me the 13-oz prime rib instead of the 12-oz traditional ribeye I ordered, and it turned out to be a happy accident! I enjoyed every bite and wouldn’t change anything. The food was outstanding across the board; a huge thank you to the chef for preparing such delicious meals. Every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Chrissy [sic], the manager, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. She was incredibly helpful and even took family photos for us in front of the restaurant, which was such a thoughtful touch. Firebirds truly delivered a five-star experience.
