This was our first time there, and when we first walked in, the girls working were extremely nice. The place was very clean, considering it's a huge sandbox, and the bathrooms were also very clean. I loved that they had plenty of toys for the kids, but we did get lucky and went on a day when only a few other kids were there. At one point, we were the only ones in there, which I loved. They have healthy snacks, and the music they play is great for kids. I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she gave us punch cards. I really think they should look into memberships, though, because not many places cater to children seven and younger, so I think people would buy them. There were two things I didn't care for: one was the parking, but we lucked out and got a spot right in front. If not, we would have had to park a good distance away with two toddlers. The other thing was that $41 for two hours is a bit extreme. I do recommend it at least once for the kids, and I hope coupons will come out one day because I would love...
Read moreWe decided to try out Little diggers prior to booking a party, and ultimately, we won’t be booking a party there. First, it is very tiny inside. There is one main dig area, but definitely not big enough. Upon checking in, the staff were not friendly or welcoming. This playroom is pricier than other larger playrooms in the area. Once we started playing, you could really see the dust. While there were three air purifiers above the main play area, they definitely aren’t enough. I do not recommend coming if your kid has asthma or any other breathing issues. From there it just went downhill. The staff was very discriminating towards us. My child was the only child they kept giving an eye too and we were the only ones asked if we paid to extended our time. There is also very very limited close parking, and an employee was parked in the parking spot right outside the doors (we watched them go to their car, then come back in). I also found sand inside my child’s eye hours after we left, which is definitely a risk you take...
Read moreThe place is very nice and suitable for children, it includes miniature construction tools for children such as a bulldozer and some stones and bricks made of safe materials for children, I brought my daughter to this place and she had a health emergency and she started vomiting and for the first time the sand got dirty and my special assistant cleaned it, and the second time when she vomited the sand did not get dirty because we put a container for her and yet we were expelled from the place and there was a customer with her children who told them to expel us, and when we were ready to leave my daughter was crying because she wanted to stay and play but in the end we left and the money was not refunded, this situation proves to us that property is more important to them than the lives of our children, in the event that your children have an emergency you will not be helped but you...
