0 stars. Iâm so disappointed. I bought my wedding dress in April of this year. They told me itll be in by October. It arrived in August but they didn't tell me. I called to ask and they said âOh itâs actually already inâ. Thatâs good that it was in early but as a bride you would appreciate it if they called you asap. Ok so I went to try on my newly arrived dress in August and luckily didnât need alterations. They scheduled me to return to pick up my dress September 10th because they would steam it to take the wrinkles out. Ok so September 10th arrived and I drove to Chicago and they told me they never sent my dress to be steamed! Ok so I wait 1 hour for them to get it steamed. Meanwhile I went shopping to other boutiques for a veil because the veil I bought here at Jaimes didnât go well with my dress (thatâs my own fault for not checking all around before placing the order) and I had already paid for it and they didn't want to accept returns, I asked them to make an exception and refund me for the veil since they inconvenienced me with not having the dress ready⊠They said no and so ok I went to another boutique while I waited for the dress. I return for my dress and I signed off on the receipt and I finally walked out. Well I find out the dress bag was missing the crinoline!!! Every single time they fit the dress on me (In April, and August) they put a crinoline on me and so I assumed all of that comes with my order⊠They never told me my dress order didnât include the crinoline!!! They let me walk out of the store without mentioning I needed to purchase a crinoline separately!! I called them and they said my order didnt include a crinoline and I needed to purchase one for $200!!! My dress was already $1,500⊠My wedding is in Mexico⊠Imagine if I never opened the dress bag and I left to Mexico not knowing the crinoline wasnât inside⊠Needless to say I never returned and went literally down the road to Kocoâs Boutique.. Amazing customer service!!! They made sure to find me a veil that matched my dress and they also sold me a better priced crinoline. Stay away from Jaimes if...
   Read moreCustomer Service was horrible. We notified them we would be coming to pick up a dress that we paid for in full, over $1500. Then they had us wait for an hour to bring it from the warehouse. It arrived and was in the middle of the floor for 20 minutes (i was there waiting to see if anyone would see it, and say something - they didnt.) It was still wrapped in a 10x10 seran wrap square. They finally saw it, grabbed and put it to the side. After an hour, they finally opened it - and told us to try it on. It was wrinkled, there were beads missing on the top, flowers were not stitched on all the way and there was a white residue on it in spots. They then had the AUDACITY to hurry us up within a minute of putting it on. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. STAFF IS RUDE AND RACIST. When i asked if something can be done, they told me it would take them until the 29th to correct because the lady only works certain days.... So not only did we have to constantly call to see if it arrived, the dress, schedule and now we have to wait more, and the lady said "This is Ragazza its okay" UM NO. I HAVE NOTIFIED SO MANY PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS PLACE, AND I ADVISE YOU TO AS WELL. Thank you for making my quinceanera feel like her day was not as important to you as you made it seem when we were about to pay... but after you pay, "chinga tu madre" because they have the money.    Read moreRun far away from this place!! The reviews speak for themselves!! I was making âbusinessâ at there location inside Discount Mall and for alterations at there main store. I bought my sons baptism outfit from here, I wanted a charro outfit, they wanted to mix and match the pants and saco to âplease meâ I fell in love with this light gold traje, it fitted him snug but THEY told me we can order it. We ordered the tux and they told me it would be there in 10 days, I gave them a date I needed by and they said no problem it will be here in 10 days or less, I went a week and a half later, guess what?! It wasnât ready, told me I said I didnât needed it until Aug 7 anyways they had time am like ok fine whatever, they call me August 7 and told it wasnât ready yet, it would be there until Wednesday but go Thursday just to make sure, I go in Thursday it wasnât even at the place it was delivered to there main store, I go to there main store, his traje is not even the one I wanted, the lady failed to tell me they canât order the one I wanted because it was a new model!!!! WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THAT WHEN I BOUGHT IT?! Nobody knew what they were doing in regards to alterations my mom had to tell them what to do and how to do it, everyone has an attitude, they are so rude to you.
