I’ve used this place before and it was great beautiful bouquet but Valentine’s Day they let me down. I ordered flowers for my fiancé almost 3 weeks in advance with a 20% tip costing me almost 200.00 dollars. I was going to have them delivered to her work place to surprise her as I unfortunately couldn’t be with her because of work. I called at 10 o’clock to see what the flowers ETA were and the lady on the phone was very short with me and slightly rude saying they’re so busy and that they’d be out for delivery ok fine. Called back at 1230 because my fiancé gets off of work at 230, same lady answered with an attitude barely got her to check the conformation number to check the tracking because she had so many calls coming in for new orders but couldn’t even get the orders delivered that have been already paid for weeks in advance.. 230 rolls around no confirmations saying the flowers were delivered. Called my fiancé and told her what was going on she went upfront to check the receptionists desk and nothing was there which I knew because they normally send a confirmation saying the flowers were delivered but thought maybe they just dropped them off and hadn’t had time to send text or email, they were not there. She waited to 3 and had to leave, so I called back and canceled the order. It really ruined my day and I knew my fiancé was sad about it, but she seen how mad it made me so just brushed it off saying that’s ok but I knew it wasn’t. They refunded me and asked if I’d like to have them delivered the next day. No, I wouldn’t, it’d look like I forgot about the day and tried to make up by sending flowers the next day but that wasn’t the case. Now granted it’s probably one of their busiest days next to Mother’s Day I’m assuming and I’m a business owner but they should’ve known that and prepared better for it I paid for a product and service and was expecting to get what I paid for. My sister was first sent flowers that really did not convey my vision for her special birthday. The day before I called and spoke to someone. At first I told them what I wanted was "Peachy Keen" a picture on their own website. I was told that they did not have peach flowers so I said please make it elegant like the picture with soft ivory, pinks and tulips, all soft pastels colors, just like the picture. Tulips are one of my sister's favorite flowers. So when it arrived I always ask for the person to send me a picture. Well it did not look like the picture at all. For one, no tulips at all. I was disappointed but just had to call Steve's Flower Market back and speak to someone about this. I spoke to" Ish" and boy was he really understanding and so nice about the situation. He asked me to send him a picture of what my sister received. He agreed with me and offered to make the whole arrangement over again and DO IT HIMSELF.. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Well before he sent my sister another arrangement he texted me a picture of what he re-made. And all I have to say is WOW. I mean all flowers for the most part are beautiful in their own way but these flowers were so much more of a WOW factor. I will post pictures and you can see for yourself.    Read moreMy new favorite flower shop! I ordered flowers last month for a friend who's father passed away. She described the flowers as elegant and classy! She said they were so beautiful she couldn't help but to cry. So when my co-workers mother passed I decided to use Steve's Flower Market again.
First, let me say that I'm not fan of funeral arrangements but Steve's FM offers a wide aray of elevated designs. The arrangement was gorgeous and unique!
Second, excellent customer service makes me feel like I'm laying on the beach with a cold, alcohol beverage! I called Steve's FM to request that the flowers delivered by a certain time. The guy that answered gave exceptional customer service. He was super nice and he assured me that the flowers would be delivered no later than an hour after the time I asked for. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to deliver my flowers early with less than a 24 hour notice. Oh and the flowers were delivered at the time he said they would be!👏🏾
