Target — Attraction in West Covina

AVOID going to this store !!!! Go to a different location. I recently went to this store in particular to purchase a couple of things for the house. I was walking down isle of the toys when i came across a section specifically designed for marvel movies. They had put all of the older mcu movies with a red tag infront it saying that they were on sale for $19.99, i was really happy and purchased at least 5-6 movies. I trusted that the sale saying that it was a marvel sale i Figured all of the movies there were on sale. To my surprise when i get to the front, i am surprised with a couple of the movies not being on special to which i show the lady a picture of the set up and she says she needs to call the back department. While she has me standing there I hear her tell the guy that “i am claiming” that all Of the movies were on special , to which i interrupted and told her that only the movies that were there were on special and that i had not Gone and picked another one from a different section, we were there for a good 15-20 minutes only to be turned away and telling me that the movies were regular price. The ladies attitude did nit help at all. I went to speak to the manager and explained the situa but she also turned me away. I was very dissapointed because it was not my fault to assume that all of the movies instead of some of those movies were on special. The way they fixed the displays are very deceitful and would confuse anyone, and for them to still give me an attitude making me feel like i did it...

Hello, WOW! that was brutal reading some of those reviews, but, anyways, I went there thing for a VERY SPECIFIC pair of gloves by Isotoner, ladies driving gloves. I asked one associate, then was told there wasn't any, then another associate intervened and she called from radio to radio asking about these gloves for me, then we were finally told they were in stock, however, I'm still confused as to why they were not merchandized with the rest of the gloves and scarves, because we were looking in the most obvious areas, they weren't there, so, I walked off disappointed and continued my shopping, then I here a young lady calling out to me and she said "WE FOUND YOUR GLOVES"! This young lady found me on the other side of the store, I was truly impressed at her tenacity, her name is either Jennifer C. or Jessica C., she TOTALLY went above and beyond to help me, she saw the look of disappointment on my face and SHE helped to turn my frown upside down (((SMILE)))... And I APPRECIATE her for that!!! �... Now, as far as the merchandizing is concerned, please put the gloves WITH THE REST OF THE GLOVES and scarves, there's no need for TWO SEPARATE AREAS of gloves... Especially,, when your store specifically says it's in one area when in actuality it's in another... Ooooh, and BTW, I was so happy to have the gloves, I bought TWO pairs, instead of the...

very disappointed with the manager who worked on 8/21/18 at 7pm. She is hispanic with long hair. part of my purchase is wic. I always get Quakers cereals and it went through the system this time as well. However, this cashier seemed to know nothing and asked the manager whether Quaker was in wic. After verifying Quaker was scannable in the computer system, she said Quaker was not in wic and we had to change to another cereal. She then said since the line was long, she would let me take the Quaker and call wic to verify. Afterwards, I pulled out Cheerios cereals to make a separate purchase (pay out of packet), once she saw the Cheerios, she suddenly changed her mind and told me I couldn't take Quakers, I had to use Cheerios for the wic check. Are you kidding me? She just said one minute ago that I could take Quakers, now she changed her mind and told me I couldn't? Target always had very good customer service, how can you hire such a person as the manager? She can't even keep her words. she isn't trustworthy at all and I would never come back!
