So the Puerto Rican lady with the blonde hair that has worked there forever seems bothered, not sure why she had a attitude but totally shouldn’t be reflected in her customer service when working with the public, I asked her if the manager was around because the item my daughter was wanting to purchase was damaged, sure it was on sale but so weren’t the same ones but in different sizes that were the same sale price my question was because they ALL were on sale but the smaller size was damaged so why would we pay you the sale price like the other sizes that aren’t damaged, usually the OWNER would have made a satisfied decision with 10% at least additional off, anyhow her delivery of her tone, response etc was so left out, very non communicable because she already trigger me by responding and cutting me off with “ if they are on sale then nothing more even damaged…so otherwise they are selling damaged items for same price as non damaged items which is ridiculous.. so be mindful when shopping here. As for the cashier, girl seek help with your...
Read moreThis place is great to get cute clothes. But ever since covid they closed their fitting rooms and it’s impossible to know if the dress will look cute or not. I know they probably prefer the fitting room to be closed so they won’t have to pay an extra body to watch over it but your really losing business from not having them open. I know at least 2 ppl who don’t go To pretty woman anymore because they can’t try the clothes on first. Also you can’t even get a refund if the clothes don’t fit. Retail is all About the fitting room aspect. That’s why we buy retail. I rather just buy from an online boutique now. At least I can get a refund or store credit if it...

Unfortunately, my daughter received the same nasty response when she asked if there was a fitting room. When I returned to the store to pay for my daughter's clothing with my Amex gold card, I was asked for ID and the woman scrutinized it like I stole someone's ID and card. Not sure I was treated badly because I was black or because I was Muslim. However, it was really disappointing because we were out buying clothes to attend my mother's funeral. There was no need for the nasty...
