Franchisees love wild birds and will answer any questions you might have. There are two different franchises in Austin, north and south. Rollingwood is south. The north stores, Cedar Park and Wolf Ranch, seem to have some more effective products, ie. thinking they were the same, I purchased two varieties of seed cakes at the south store for convenience.
