Didika Salon — Attraction in West New York

I had a very terrible and sad experience. I had an appointment to get a balagaye and despite spending 6-7 hours in that salon, I left very disappointed in the work they did on my hair. My hair right now has colored stains. I don't know what they were trying to do, but the results look more like bad highlights. I left the salon with wet hair, not even a haircut and i felt like crying because anyone could tell this person damaged my hair. I didn’t feel they care about their costumers’s satisfaction; they even charge me for their "service" which was unacceptable ($399). I do not recommend this salon. They didn't even offer me a refund for the mess they did on my hair. The truth is that I feel angry, sad, and disappointed in the service they offer. I even went to other salons to find out if i can fix it and they were shocked at what they had done to me. I sincerely do not...

I hired Diana and her team to do hair and makeup for the day of my wedding for myself (bride), bridal court, mother, and godmother. She and her team did an excellent job. We all had a different hair style we wanted and after showing the stylists the hair style we wanted, they followed through and did a great job. Same thing with makeup - we brought a sample of the color of the bridesmaids dress for them to use in the eyeshadow palette. We were all pleased with the outcome. And they have a beautiful salon - very picture worthy with the chandeliers and modern decor.

What's more, they offered to close their salon to the public for 4 hours the morning of my wedding to focus on us. They allowed us to bring breakfast and mimosas into the salon and took many pictures for us. They always have coffee and tea available on site. I highly...
