Didn’t fix my phone, YELLED at me, and tried to overcharge me I’m not a “serial reviewer” and very rarely do I leave reviews, but this place deserves one. The owner is unbelievably rude and beyond unprofessional. I waited for the part to fix my phone to come for 6 days (left a deposit) and after his text that it arrived I texted back that I’ll be there next morning at 10.30 (the store ours say it opens at 10). The next morning at 10.35 he informed me via a text that he can only come at 11-11.30. I called and asked to make sure I get it done by 12 due to my baby’s nap schedule, he wasn’t able to accommodate. Regardless, I still came on his terms. 4 hours later he wasn’t able to fix the phone because he got a defective part, and when I asked for a solution rather than details he started to YELL at me that he is the owner, he can open his store and close whenever he wants to, complaining of my “attitude” (specifically that I asked for solution not details, even though I explained I was concerned about my car parking and had limited time). I had to ask the owner to stop yelling as me in front of my child 3 times! Yes, he was literally yelling as I was holding my 2 year old daughter. Clearly he doesn’t understand what a decent customer service is (or how human beings normally behave towards other human beings, and that normally men show some respect to women, especially those holding a tiny child). On top of it all, he tried to charge me $190 saying “no one will fix this for under 190”, I ended up paying $140 right at Port Authority and getting the device fixed in less than an hour, so thanks for saving me some money at least. Avoid this place at all costs! It is a scam. Paid over $100 to replace a broken screen on my phone. Ended up having to buy a brand new phone 3 days later because the screen that was placed offered no protection whatsoever. Do not go here!

Edit: In response to the owner’s reply- yes this is a real customer, I was there 2 weeks ago. And there is no longer a way to fix the screen for free as I had to replace my entire phone. My old phone was damaged beyond repair after I had wiped it down with a disinfectant wipe (something I do all the time since Covid) and the fluid leaked into my phone due to the faulty screen that was placed. As someone who looks to reviews when deciding to patron a business, it is my due diligence to warn others of what they may be getting themselves into.

Such a great experience at this store if I could give it more than 5 starts I would, this repair store is very fair with the prices and really knows what he is doing so far the owner has fixed my iPad and iPhone screen In which another store messed it up for me but he came through an fixed it and haven’t had a problem since then, I been with my devices for about 4 months already and no issue at all. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family reason why I’m giving it a review to help out who ever has a broken phone or if you need to buy out a device. Another thing I like is that he fixed my screen very fast and didn’t have to wait standing but he has a couch and a tv in which as a customer feel very comfortable like if I was at home.
