Hannah Fun — Restaurant in West New York

I have been ordering from the restaurant for over 4 years. Tonight I ordered something without egg and vegetables, spicy. My order came with vegetables and has no spice. I call them to tell them this and they proceed to tell me that I’m wrong and they put spice & followed my order.

They were condescending, rude and dismissive. They do not value their customers and if you call them out on their error in your food don’t expect an apology or for them to rectify the situation. They forgot half of my order about three weeks ago and I had to fight with them for them to remember to bring it the next day. So ridiculous....

The food is what you’d expect from a “good” Chinese food spot. Good portion sizes, fair pricing, and the good is cooked well. I’ve never had an issue with quality when ordering my entrees. The only issue I’ve had with the food is the egg rolls. I would say 70% of the time, whenever I get an egg roll from here the inside is full of grease. Now obviously you’d expect an egg roll to be a bit greasy because they’re deep fried but it was actually full with grease inside and leaked into the bag it was in. So be careful with...

Hello, I recently moved this area and wanted to give Hannah Fun a try. First time and last time I order anything from them. Placed a small $$ order expecting something a little decent. Man, I was so Wrong! I got a container full of rice and oil with pieces of fried dough and may be a smeir of what I think it was chicken. What a rip off, if they need to charge so much for garbage, so they can pay their rent, at least offer something worth eating. Try other...
