I went for a take out ....the special was announce on the window at $7.99 and they charged $9.99 and typed on the receipt that the $2 for holiday...January 2nd IT IS NOT HOLIDAY.....Asked for "churrasquito " ( small piece of grill meat) with a few onions aside....because the lady asked me if I wanted rice...I said no...but they still charged it because they charge $29.95!!! To complete all the bad things we found in the an "arepa" ( kind of corn cake) and it was bitten YUCK!!!!They charged for the containers!.. At the end when I reached home I discovered that one order was missing.....when I called the woman said "oh they were to box" and I live 40 minutes from this place....so they will return the money to the credit card ( " it'll take 2 days).....My husband and I enjoy going to restaurants or bring take out....but for sure we will NEVER go back to that place... because the food does not match...
Read more2 months ago, I came here since I was craving some empanadas while waiting for my dad’s Cocentra medical appointment to finish and my family’s car was parked 2 blocks away from this restaurant. So, we walked here. A waitress greeted me and took my order. She said the 2 empanadas would take 5 minutes to cook. Time passed and it has been more than 5 minutes. She and the other waitresses had lunch together, kept chitchatting, and other waitress massaged her friend’s shoulders. I asked how many more minutes? And they said 2. Again, it has been 5 more minutes and I received my order. Very slow service and lack of attention to customer! I was very disappointed. Mucho loco. Not to mention, the empanadas are mucho poquito.. Too small and too salty 🤮🤮🤮.. I am not coming...

I am Venezuelan, I grew up in Miami, my best friend is Colombian (she was with me), so we know what good Colombian food tastes like, and we found it here. Everyone at the table couldn’t stop raving about the food's greatness. I got the lunch special with sautéed onion chicken, pico de gallo, and maduros, and cleared my plate. We got the maduros with cheese and guava as an app, and it was gone within minutes. The montañera arepa could feed too; the avocado was perfect. The ceviche was fresh, juicy, and the perfect serving. Lastly, the mango juice with milk was so good that we almost ordered a second one. The pictures speak...
