Kikiriki — Restaurant in West New York

Since February we had not ordered anything from the restaurant and for the past 2 weeks we had grilled chicken appetizers xob their potatoes and some salted noodles, after a day of work thinking about what our lunch would be, we ordered and what would be the disappointment that the noodles were disgusting just smelling them and the chicken without flavor or seasoning (the fried chicken that I prepare is richer) it is a pity that its quality has dropped so much, disappointment, now to look for where they prepare a good grilled chicken, hopefully and the owner of this business will read the comments and try to correct what for a long time was a small restaurant where you could invite other people to try t delicious Peruvian grilled...

Usually I eat well here and customer service ain't all that bad but this time I went it was horrible.HORRIBLE. I come home to open the stuff I take out the rice and chicken with no problem but when I get to the bag with the soups in it one was halfway opened and the other Plastic container was completely opened and had spilled on the bottom of the bag and I did not know this to start with and it spilled on my shorts and to make matters worse it smelled like vomit as if it had been left out for a week and had to clean up the floor because he had not closed it properly.Verdict:Never going here again (the chicken was...

Food here is amazing. I've been coming here for years and I love it. Although, the spot has been here for a long time, I would suggest some minor upgrades. Id recommend more lighting and perhaps new seating.

Lastly, the missing star is a big disappointment. Delivery takes 1-2.5 hrs. The service who handles the calls and deliveries are impolite and careless. Ive had this issue more than twice whe ordering over the phone.

I highly recommend the food here but only if your going to dine in or calling for a pick up.
