Fitness Factory West New York — Attraction in West New York

I was a member to this gym in the past and I wasn’t satisfied. I rejoined this gym again because it’s neat and clean. All the equipment works and the equipment is new. They added a new section in the back if you want to do calisthenics and exercise in peace. I love the fact that the maintenance personnel is constantly cleaning. The staff is all amazing and have great attitudes there. They also help if you are in need. This is my new gym home. I’m very impressed how the staff care about the gym members. I have “ZERO” complaints and if you live in the area it’s the best gym locally. I don’t write reviews but this establishment “Fitness Factory” deserves more great reviews. Make fitness factory WNY 24 hours please , it is just too manny people at the same time, you literally have to make a line to use weight , that place it’s too crowded the owners just want to fill their pockets out and don’t gf about the community paying subscription every moth for several years and don’t get anything in return and they just offering stupid promotions to get more people in , what kind of hustlers they are , they don’t really care about it , but this is mu first call before a I get their website full of bad reviews as I did with the last administration , the place feels like jail , people is turning aggressive , bad experience that I saw last time …....

Well the gym it ok to be honest I wish they would fix these mechine also they need better customer service that's my opinion and also I wish they were open a little later closing at 4pm on a Saturday it a little stupid because people also work in the weekend and you can't go to the gym because they close way to early, most gym in New Jersey closes on Saturday much later, the reason I'm still using this gym it because I live right near the gym but anything else I...
