Terrible experience on motherās day. I went around 5:50 pm-6:00 pm 5-12-24 I bought a bouquet everything ok.ai asked her if could change the outside paper of the flowers; she said no with an attitude and told her ok thank you( literally in every flower shop I have been to they offer this service) I was at the register and that lady asked me for my card so I gave it to her, she was out of paper in the small thing for the card (my card was already inside) so I just waited for her to finish the paper change, she took out the card and put it again with new paper. I left and throw out the receipt I never see receipts never never never. On my way home someone asked me to send a zelle so when I went into my account I saw that she charged me twice, I was just may be like 5 blocks away, came back to the flower shop and told her that she did charged me twice, gave her all my info, my card and also I gave her my bank app so she could check. That lady didnāt want to trust me and started an argument with me while charging others people I spent arguing with her and a hispanic guy literally like 30 min to ended up being scammed and Iām not giving my money away just because. I had to go to the police so the officer told me to called the bank. I called the bank and yes she never asked me for my card pin since it was debit not credit. She charged me twice and the bank took it out of my account. Thankfully my bank solved the problem. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY FLOWERS THERE PAY CASH THEY ARE...

In particular, don't ask about the credit/debit card surcharge, because they don't know the difference between that and the NJ sales tax, and the Hispanic guys will just go into a tizzy if you notice it, and refuse to complete the transaction/hand over the change, lol!...However, WNY is known for its gangs of bums, including many of the police....Overall, I don't know if it pays to support these broken-English-speaking, rude, crude, people here in these numbers just for the sake of a reasonably-priced flower shop...

The owner of the store was rude and making assumptions that I was blaming her when i wasn't. Finally she suggested that she would pay 4 dollars of the 8 dollars balloon and when I tried to reason with her because I wasn't going to be paying 12 dollars for a balloon she didn't care to reason.
