I Purchased a mattress with the help of Stephen at mattress warehouse at Essex Green on Wednesday, December 18. The store is spotless. Steven and his associate were very kind, patient and knowledgeable, which was extremely helpful. We were not rushed, and Steven certainly did everything in his power to accommodate my needs. The mattress was delivered today, two days later Friday. You are notified by text email and phone about the exact time of your delivery. You can actually track the drivers. The two young men who delivered the mattress could not have been more polite, efficient, and thoughtful. They removed their shoes before they came into my apartment. They wrapped the old mattress up and took it with them. They examined the new mattress to make sure there were no problems. I could not be more pleased with this experience. I went to Mattress Warehouse on August 4th, 2025 to purchase (2) Queen size mattresses and 1 box spring. The sales representative Iamond was very helpful. It was very nice to do the Sleep Guide in order to get the right mattress. The other sales representative Mr. Stephen was also very helpful. I had a wonderful experience in the store.
