Would not recommend this place. The receptionist is very aggressive, she rushed me into paying for the massage before the service. She said it would cost $60, I didn’t have cash so I used my card, when I got my receipt back it was an extra $5 added because of that. Before walking me to the massage room she pointed to the tip sign. I was irritated by that because I hadn’t even gotten the massage yet before she brought up tipping. Massage was more painful than it was relaxing. They massaged me with a sheet over my back for about 40 mins then removed the sheet for the last 20 mins. The masseuse only used one pump of lotion so it was just a lot of friction from her hands rubbing against my body. Very uncomfortable. But the worst part about the whole thing was when I was leaving. The receptionist hounded me for a tip. I said I didn’t have cash so I would go get cash from an atm to avoid an additional charge for using my card. She didn’t speak English so she didn’t understand what I was saying to her. She stood outside my car saying “tip tip tip”. She even went as far as opening my car door aggressively telling me to tip. TIPPING IS OPTIONAL based off good service. I drove off without tipping because at that point it became harassment. I will never return to...

I had very high expectations for this location but it really let me down. Being able to effectively communicate with these type of places have always been a struggle but when they are under pressure it’s even worst. When I first arrived, I noticed that chair massage wasn’t available which was disappointing but not the biggest deal. While planning out the best service for my needs a walk in customer arrived. The person at the front lost it. She became overwhelmed, stressed and extremely rude to myself and my family as we tried to decide what service to get. They want for you to walk in, do what they say even if your not understand them and feel comfortable even when is obvious that they are talking about you to their peers in their native languages in a not so nice tone. I even asked for the bathroom for my daughter and the lady at the front just kept talking over me. When it came to payments, we were asked to paid upfront. The total service was $130 yet we were charged $150. I tried to pay half cash and half card but she still charge extra. The staff actually rendering the services seemed annoyed at first but after a few comments remained quite. Never...

This is my go-to spot. Disappointed in these comments over service here, however I think I understand the confusion: if you are looking for a quiet, spa experience (which we all need sometimes), consider booking a spa appointment elsewhere. If you are looking for quality massage for the maintenance of your health, you’ll be here on the regular. I’m always greeted with smiles. Everyone is talented. Bring cash. Disgusted by the language comments in these reviews. Like - get over yourself- it takes 5 extra seconds to communicate intentionally. If you have one of the owners: she might take a call. That’s true. But she’s literally one of the best in there. Your muscles might welcome the 30 second break from her strong a** hands. Also, after going almost bi-weekly for almost three years, this has only happened to me once. (And I literally pray I will get this woman but it rarely happens. lol. She’s that good but she’s busy. She also knows my number and we do crack jokes whenever I call. So again, the language thing… who are you?!) anyway…Over all, it’s an...
