I placed an order online, waited the allotted time, got a car to pickup, only to find out they never received my order (their machine was off? How did my order get confirmed??). The Uber cancelled ($5 fee to me), the lady at customer service at Fooderie assured me they would input the ticket and call me back...40 minutes passed and no call back. I called her back and no one answered the phone. Finally, someone picks up and says "No one here" and hangs up. I called the Sushi dept directly (those guys are kings) and they assured me they would assist, because the 'teenagers' at customer service are not doing their jobs... this...

Very happy that this store opened. They have an amazing selection of Israeli and Middle Eastern products. Picked up some excellent olives, jars of grilled eggplant, frozen mazaa (snacks like kibbeh and Moroccan cigars) and amazing fresh pita bread. They also have the best brands of frozen malawach and jachnun. Also really enjoying the Israeli dairy products like labane.
