If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a mattress in their clearance center three months ago and got the mattress several days later. After a week or so, we realized that the mattress was too soft. We were told that if we didn't like the mattress that we could exchange it with no problem. So we went back there and told them we would like to exchange it. The older guy who works there was so rude and made us feel like we did something wrong. He wouldn't help us and stated that "He was too busy." Anyways, we dealt with a different salesperson and got a different mattress in the clearance center that was more firm. When the delivery guys came, the new mattress was folded in half in plastic wrap. My boyfriend and I were shocked and called "Keith" the store manager who tried to play it off and say that it was okay for that mattress to be folded because it didn't have springs. We tried the mattress out and our butts were literally sinking into the spot where it was folded. We called the manufacturer who stated that the mattress should absolutely not be bent in half! So we went back for a third time and told Keith that we decided to just get a new bed. We didn't even tell him about what we found out about folding the mattress because we didn't want to argue. Keith was very rude and stated that we can't just keep exchanging mattresses. Well Keith, we wouldn't have to if your mattresses weren't defective. We also explained how rude his employee was to us last time and he stated that "he has been counseled on his behavior." Great. We ended up buying a brand new mattress and we were told that it would be $2,600. We have had the mattress for a month and it is much better. I got the bill from Wells Fargo because we financed it and it was for $2,910. My boyfriend called Keith who stated that he would look into and that it would be credited back....we never heard back from him. I have been trying for weeks to talk to someone about this. I guess Keith has been out sick and no one would help us. I talked to one sales rep who stated "I don't want to get involved with this." I had another one who tried to tell us the reason that it was more than quoted was because of taxes and the mattress frame! Really?!?! I called again this week and Keith was finally back at work. I asked him to please fix this and he stated he would get back to me that day. Never heard from him. So I have called corporate headquarters and the vice president of customer relations won't call me either. His secretary told me he is out of the state and Keith will call me. umm.... I don't want to deal Keith who has not helped me at all. It is obvious that the corporate office doesn't want to correct these mistakes either! Read moreThe matress we got is great. I did not like the way our sales person pushed the purchase of a "matress protector." We got one for $100. Once we got it home, it was of extremely low quality. It's the kind that feels like a plastic bag and makes an extreme amount of noise. We were told the quality of the matress protector would be good and that we should avoid buying from Amazon, etc. That is clearly not the case. We have several other protectors from Amazon and box stores. The $100 dollar protector we got at Cyti Matress is of extremely low quantity. Do not buy it from there. I will attempt to return the one we received. I will update the review to let you know if Cyti Matress makes things right. 1/13/25 Update: Well, I did not get speak to the manager directly. He was with a customer. He communicated through the salesperson that I could get the matress cover exchanged for one of higher quality. The new matress cover I received is of good quality. The manager did the right thing, but the salesperson was clearly upset with this. I would have increased the number of stars to 4 but because the sales person was confrontational and addressed me as "you people," I reduced to 2 stars. In my 30 years in this country, I've never been addressed like this. I was very offended by this. When I asked what he meant by "you people" he said he meant "customer." Please don't get me wrong. Read moreAvoid! Spend your hard earned dollars at a furniture store that values their customers and will stand behind their product. We purchased a fairly expensive sectional that had one section that was defective. The repair guy they sent out said it would need to be replaced. The replacement did not match the color of the rest of the sectional. The replaced it a 2nd time with the same result. The delivery guys, sales lady, and customer services all agreed that the sectional would need to be replaced a a full set to guarantee that the prices would all come from the same batch and match. The delivery was scheduled for a full replacement, then someone else called us saying it was canceled. We were told that they do not swap out items for color matching and that your lighting in the home may be different from in the store. Clearly this person was not informed of the full situation and this responses does not fit the issue we are having. I spoke with the store showroom manager and was told that ultimately it is up to the customer service center to solve the issue. Unfortunately the customer service center is an international call center with terrible customer service, lack of problem solving skills, and terrible communication.
