My stay was horrific. Why do you advertise as Wyndham when, in actuality, you are closely affiliated with G6? You had me in a bait room. Phil from Best Western sat in his vehicle with his boyfriend, monitoring me. I was on the 6th floor. I noticed that the rooms around me had keyed locks. You couldn't use a key card. You could move in and out without detection. I confronted Phil (from Best Western up the street) in the parking lot. A stranger appeared in my room and said Phil paid him to get evidence on me, and we all know why. I say a Texas Ranger at the hotel. You spent all that money on surveillance of me around the clock 24/7, 365 when you were under surveillance yourself. Those officers you sent to my room to Baker Act me were the officers who did baker act me from my legal residence and took me to " St. Mary's Behavioral Health". The tall guy was the shift Sargent. He made the plan with the same officer who pulled me from under my steering wheel a year prior after I was cleared by PBSO at 7-11 on 45th Street. It was about a 99-cent Bahama Mamma hot dog. I reserved two days but I decided to add one more night so I have 2 reservations but when I called the hotel to explain the situation I was told that that wasn’t going to be a problem. As I arrived last night, they assured me the same thing and this is when our NIGHTMARE started... We arrived last night and I requested a room with a fridge so they switched my room. We go in and we noticed garbage and a wet dirty towel in the bathroom. To make matters worse, when my daughter lift up the bedsheets, there was a damp disgusting dirty towel underneath! When I went downstairs to complain I was offered clean sheets and I thought somebody was coming to remove everything and put new bedding so a lady knocked on my door and handed me a sheet! I complained to her because the whole bedding needed to be replaced. She told me that I was making it a big deal and rolled up her eyes at me!!! Excuse me??? I’m the paying customer! I’m not even being mean or disrespectful and she treats me like garbage??? So, I requested a new room and she left saying that she’d call me to let me know. Time passed by, midnight is approaching and I’m in town for our 3-day all day Jehovah’s Witnesses Convention. I went downstairs once again and this is when she finally gave me the new room. We go in there, everything looks great and...the AC doesn’t work! It didn’t cool the room throughout the night. We barely slept. We were sweating!!! We were aggravated by all these so I waited for 6am to strike the clock so I went back to the lobby hoping there was somebody else to help me. The new lady says there are no rooms available and I should check in and give another $100 deposit. We haven’t slept, we had to pack our belongings to go to another room and I still have to give more deposit? Later on there has to be a room with a working AC because I have the reservation so I have to pack and unpack again! We are not assisting to our convention today because we are tired and we need to sleep...where do we rest if there are no rooms available??? This was not what I had planned when I made the reservations at this hotel.

Stayed 2 weeks ago on Saturday for girls night fir concert/venue we were going to. When called to make reservations after looking at other hotels were informed hotel was newly remodeled. Signs/banner outside says Newly Remodeled 2020 (photos taken) which is a big lie...could not find ice machine that worked after trying 2 floors. tried to call front desk from hotel room but room phone did not work room number on phone wasn’t even the room we were in (photo taken) Called front desk asking using cell phone informed our room phone didn’t work and what floor had ice and was informed all machines were broke and wouldn’t be repaired until Tuesday and there was no ice they could provide to guest. Found the rooms filthy (photos taken) of food/liquid splatter on bathroom wall. Bathroom vent full of dust (almost fully clogged) toilet paper holders broke so toilet paper was placed on sink, but figured ok we were only there for couple hours (to sleep) so we will deal with it.. got back to hotel later In evening, while walking around parking lot to go inside came across drug needle in parking lot (also took photo) when we were approached by guy that jumped out of parked car by the needle “I’ll get that I’m a former druggy and don’t want you to get hurt” we replied we are not touching it we are taking photo we left informed front desk what just happened with pictures and asked “how can you just let anyone use/sleep in their parking lot and go drug deals” they didn’t care went to use vending machine and every one in hotel had big signs on them out of order (took pictures of course) decided to try another hotel but was late and decided to lock ourselves in our room for the next 4 hours then leave after complementary breakfast that we were informed would be provided (which was not. Another lie) since we had 6 hour trip to get back home. Also room didn’t close unless you slammed it hard front desk representative was nice but nothing they could do. Requested refund be compensated for all the issues that occurred along with just plain being lied to request went absolutely no where ..... RUN DO...
