After staying here for a week for vacation, you were planning on staying through Christmas and New Year’s because our flight was canceled after Thanksgiving and my parents came down with bronchitis so we want to extend our stay. After we bought a weeks worth over $500 they tell us that we’re not allowed to extend our stay and need to be gone before 12 PM or they’re going to charge us $50 Mind you it is now 11:15 AM and we were never informed anything about us not being able to extend our stay. They basically stole from us, even though the manager she wasn’t going to. What was the excuse as to making us leave and keeping our money On top of charging us for frivolous charges that make no sense. What was the reason? Apparently, our room was dirty when housekeeping, against our request, Entered our room while we went out to go shopping. They claim our room was filthy, even though our room was not filthy. We had a bunch of toys on the ground that were being wrapped for toys for talks, and there might’ve been paper and tissue paper on the bed and on the floor, where I was wrapping the presents for toys for tots, but there was nothing dirty or, broken or anything. They said that the housekeeping manager supervisor above the hotel manager And that they took a video of the destruction in our room, even though they refused to let us view it. We even cleaned the whole hotel room, all the toys and wrapping paper, etc. etc. and we asked the lady prior to Cleaning cleaned and picked up all the toys cause we’ll just wrap the presents at my mother-in-law’s house if they’ll reconsider us staying since we already paid for the room. They barely spoke any English, but from what I understood, the ladies said yes. Afterward, I gave each of them $10 tip only to be told that she still didn’t want my hudband and I to stay there which is preposterous. How does a housekeeping disregard the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and just goes into your room, touches personal belongings AND takes pictures of our belongings! Makes is clean by telling us we will bc allowed to stay but then lies! TERRIBLE PLACE! Old. Dirty. Smells like marijuana all down the hallways! Staff tried to check my Uber Eats delivery bag stating its “policy” then lied and said it’s against the law and they need to confiscate our food for drugs. WHAT???? Still cant get ahold of donna the manager who pretended to be such a nice person. I took pictures of our “dirty destructed room.”

This hotel was a complete dump! When we were checking in there were people there leaving because of the conditions. We had no choice but to stay there as there were no vacancies elsewhere. The first floor was completely insecure as both doors at the end of each wing were smashed out and taped off "because of the wind". Anyone at all could walk right in through the tape. We went up to our floor and there were fans set up in the hallway, one of which was huge, noisy, and filthy, the entire hall wreaked of mold. Entered out room and it was 85 degrees in there because the heat was on (I'm assuming to dry the carpets which were damp). We turned the AC on, and it was blowing cold air but the ceiling tiles under the unit in the overhead were all loose and molded, and they were jumping around noisily in the framework as the AC unit ran because of the suction. There was a furnace condensate pump from Home Depot jury rigged to the wall as a drain for the AC unit and it was dirty too. We left to get dinner while the room cooled off. When we re-entered the room, it was cooled off, but it stunk of cigarette smoke so badly we couldn't stay there, the AC unit was drawing air from the other rooms, and someone was smoking heavily. We had to request another room. The 2nd room had a AC wall unit which barely cooled off the room but at least the smell wasn't as bad. No ironing board or iron, had to swipe it from the room we just vacated. The drain in the bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly so brushing teeth and washing filled it to the brim for 5 minutes or so before it drained. The shower curtain rod was pulling off the wall so the curtain wouldn't stay shut while showering, which covered the floor in water when stepping out. The ice machine didn't work, no breakfast or coffee in the morning because the restaurant was closed "until further notice". The pool was useless as it was filled with leaves and debris and uncleaned. The gym was an absolute joke, missing weights and broken machines, door wasn't secure. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and the whole place smelled of mold. Lastly, every time I stepped into the elevator it bounced up and down 2 inches on the cables which left me wondering if the brakes were functioning and we were going to end up in a free fall.

ROACHES & TAMPONS! My experience in this hotel room was a complete nightmare. Upon entering, it was evident that the room had seen better days. Due to an issue with the Airbnb I originally booked for this trip, I reluctantly ended up here as my last resort. Despite initially appearing clean, the room's edges against the wall revealed a filthy carpet. After preparing for bed, I turned off the lights, only to be startled by the presence of German cockroaches crawling all over, particularly on the bed frame and walls adjacent to the headboard. Switching the lights back on exposed the room's lack of cleanliness and maintenance, with roaches even emerging from the outlets. To compound the horror, I made the revolting discovery of a dirty tampon behind the bed, utterly unacceptable. The furniture was marred with stains, and the carpet felt disgustingly sticky underfoot. I couldn't wait to escape this unsanitary and intolerable environment. Within 20 minutes of the roach and tampon encounter, I hastily departed. The front desk attendant's dismissive and rude attitude only added to the ordeal; she refused to acknowledge my concerns. Additionally, the door exhibited makeshift repairs and was cracked around the latch, further highlighting the hotel's neglect. I implore others to steer clear of this establishment to avoid encountering similar distressing circumstances. Over $200, for this. Please be advised of photos before booking.

My stay was on 3/29-4/02-2025 I am writing my review since no one responded to my complaint neither the GM or the reservations department. My reservations were booked through a third-party website. I found out after I looked at my credit card transactions. As I work in the hotel business since 2006. I knew I must call the hotel to make sure my reservation interfaced with the hotel system. Ather, I booked my room I called the hotel to confirm my check in and check out dates if they went through to their system. Before I flew to Florida from NJ, I called the hotel again to confirm my stay, which they confirmed it. When I checked in on March 29 there was no one at the desk within 5minutes the agent came to check me in & she was half asleep. I asked her one question a couple of times then she answered me, anyway I understood she might be tired so no big deal. In my room the volume on the TV did not work, so I had to keep turning the TV on and off for the sound to work. In the bathroom the sink faucet was loose and there was no hot water. In the bathtub the shower head did not work so I had to keep pressing the handle for the water to go down. I was so tired I just wanted to sleep. Sunday morning, I went to the hotel gym. The A/C did not work, and the gym equipment did not work… Not like what is advertised on the website. So, I went to the pool and the water was dirty … Not like what is advertised on the website. Then I went to the business center to use the computer... unfortunately both computers weren’t working & the A/C was off. I went to the front desk to let them know about these issues. The front desk agent told me they already know about the pool, business center, the gym & the TV in the room. Then she told me there is a trick to make the volume work, which is to turn the TV on and off.

She was kind of in a rush, so I did not want to bother her about my room issues. Sunday morning. I saw a housekeeper which I asked her for a conditioner because the bottle was empty, so she was helpful and got me one. The next morning. I saw another housekeeper and I asked her for new bed sheets to change them, so she asked me if I wanted to change it by myself of her... usually where I work the housekeeping changes the sheets, anyway I took the sheets and changed it by myself. Self-service. What bothers me the most is on Monday morning when the lady came and knocked on my room door and told me (I must leave) because I am supposed to check out today. I told her maybe you are mistaken because my check out date is Wednesday. She did not believe me and asked me for my ID. I told her to show me your device to see the name and when I looked at the device, I saw someone else’s name on it. I went to my room, and I called the FD about this issue, and they told me that they have the same system and what this lady name “K” what she sees is what we have, meanwhile “K” is shouting that I must (check out now). I showed “K” my ID and told her to go back to the desk and fix their mistake. Now. I thought I was done with this issue. Tuesday morning a lady knocked on the door and told me I was a (No Show)from last night and then I showed her my paperwork. Not sure that it was you, Andrea Ashman the GM as what she claimed.

My vacation at this hotel was very stressful & I hoped it was a better...

If I can give zero stars, I would! The first room we got the AC did not work and there was roaches everywhere and then when I called down to get a new room, the lady asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to leave, didn't give me the option to get a new room whatsoever And then apparently she was mad ever since they treated me like garbage for the next three days that I was there, I obviously got a new room. Then me and my friends got a couple items stolen Cartier glasses and iPad and our Roku!! But wait there's more!! we go down to pay for a room for the third day the woman Deborah at the front desk, decided to make her own policy and I have this all on video recording she said that if we didn't get service in our room for the third day, then we were going to have to leave property or she was going to call the police on us. Mind you it is four of us inside of our room and we've already had items taken from us. We have no car to walk in the scorching hot sun and we are leaving tomorrow on a flight so we were just trying to make it through and if you go to their lobby, it's extremely hot as well so I told her yes she can do service in our room if that's what it takes, but we're gonna be in our room because it's way too hot anywhere else we're not from this area and she decided to tell me to go get our stuff out of our room or we're gonna have the police come, so we politely packed our stuff and check the policy online and for Florida state itself and there's no reason that we should've been kicked out for not wanting somebody to give us service in our room so moral of the story is roaches and horrible customer service at an all-time high extremely disappointed and how my friends and I were treated when all we did was legally deny service in our room mind you we got towels we got toilet paper and we are all adults so we make our own bed if they wanted to come and check the room they could've but they just wanted to get us out of our room after we've already had things stolen from us so we didn't feel comfortable and there's no cameras in any of the hallways so nobody's even able to tell what was stolen and what wasn't so extremely disappointed in this property. I will be there at 10 AM bright and early to speak with the manager and show her the...
