Buying Process: I had a day off and decided go furniture shopping. I found them and read the reviews. The reviews were good. Everyone in the store were charming ( lol) helpful and honest. Their marketing skills are up.
Items Ordered : So, I ordered an off white sectional sofa, Acme Noralie Bluetooth fireplace console( been sold out, back order everywhere I wanted that particular one only) and Chanel inspired entryway table.
Delivery Process: The only issue I had was I requested an early delivery and they set to late afternoon to late evening which I didn’t want due to my time. I requested them to wear BOOTIES. I have brand new carpet and also I don’t like people to walk in my house with shoes. If I’m up to it I have use my Hoover Pet (I have no pets) Carpet Cleaner vacuum ( Walmart sale $88 if interested. It’s a 3 rd party delivery service. Usually 3rd parties companies never follow requested instructions…
I was sick and wanted to really rest. They didn’t come till late late evening and explained why. I understand what can go on with prior deliveries. They came and put up my furniture quick and fast. They took up all their garbage. I was pleased but I immediately went to bed because I was sick ( sinus cold) .
Overall Review: Prices are Awesome. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Marketing skills excellent. Honesty up 🆙. They treated me with a lot of respect unlike the other neighboring furniture stores like City Furniture that ignored me and never asked me for help. Typical gesture like I shouldn’t be here and trying not to help me on purpose. I Recommend them 💯💯💯

Sectional ( Furniture Direct) Center piece table ( I bought from old home) Blush Pillows and Throw blanket by ) Ross Store. Yes you can wash your pillows. Wash them in cold water using Lysol sanitizer liquid. Use the delicate wash or fast wash. Dry using low heat only.

Read moreI am posting an update to my review earlier this week: After the post I was contacted in a very timely fashion by the store. They did exhibit good customer service by offering their apologies and agreed to do what was necessary to provide us with the mattress set that we had chosen in the store, and some in-store credit for our inconvenience. Everything was delivered yesterday (delivery team was on time and courteous as on all 4 deliveries) and it was the proper set as on display. At this time it feels like a good choice and I appreciate the customer service and follow-up that enabled my situation to be resolved.
*(ORIGINAL ENTRY) Not a positive experience. Wrong in many aspects. The mattress we received did not have the same topper as the mattress we tried in the store and did not have the same comfort level. We tried the queen in store was told it was available in a king and could even be delivered the next day! We paid cash and it was delivered. It seemed a bit hard and my husband did not sleep at all. I then tried numerous add on toppers to achieve a level of comfort. I did not realize the difference in the mattresses until I had to go back to the store to try and sort out the delivery of the wrong box springs. I did not really need new box springs but was sold a $200."set" at $100. so they would match. They did not match. A second set was delivered the next week, they did not match either and were so substandard I refused them. The third set was delivered last week. Looked good, but after they were installed I see they are 6" too short. I was led to believe I was purchasing a name brand set at a bargain price, not so. The label states it was made in Hialeah, FL. I got only excuses from the store. Stating they can't be responsible for what comes from their "warehouse". That's either a bit shady or the worst quality control ever! Buyer beware! Read moreThey have great furniture at great prices. They treat you like gold until the sale is done. Customer service after that sucks!!! Had problem with couch day delivered. Never asked to me sign receipt and took off right after set up. Saw gap between back cushion on left after they left. Salesman I dealt with, Bill Cohen, no longer there which explains why he never called me back, but no one told he was no longer there. No one calls back. Most often no one answers phone and voicemail is full so cannot leave a massage. Had to drive there. Talked to with salesman Izzy Middelbrook who was very nice and apologetic for the store. Gave me her cell # incase of any further customer service issues. Then manager Jason Zion shows up as I am leaving. explained all to him & showed photo. He said should not be like that & promise to call me in 3 business days with follow up. I had to call after 5 days. He called me back next business day & said he would call me again later that day. Never did. Finally a tech showed up 4 days later. and said factory defects. Even delivery department which sends out the tech does not answer they phones and voicemail is full cannot leave a message. They have a recorded call telling when delivery &/or tech will be without telling you a time not even morning or afternoon and without even asking if that date is good.
