Stevens Diamond Jewelers — Attraction in West Springfield

I came to Steven's Diamond Jewelers after careful review through multiple sites. I was looking to get a ring resized for my 10th anniversary this Halloween. Now some may think that's a very simple process but since the jewelry I was looking to get resized was not only an antique and irreplaceable but it also had many stones & needed 3 & 1/2 sizes difference which makes the process more risky if not done correctly. Let's face it no one wants to lose a stone in their ring because it wasn't done right. ; ) I had heard horror stories from people that went to other stores in the area so I wanted to be sure that this was done right the first time!

Steven Diamond Jewelers went above and beyond with every phone call as well with drop off & pick up! Each employee was not only personable and professional but were very knowledgeable as well. When I got the ring back I was completely blown away how it looked like it belonged in a museum. A true masterpiece! I also would like to mention that they've their Jeweler for resize & repairs is a highly trained professional who they have been working with for many many years! I didn't know at first but he comes highly recommended by many and it shows in his work. Thank you very much Steven Diamond Jewelers for making my 10 year Halloween anniversary a huge success!!!

Went in to have a ring (hammered gold band with her birthstone) custom made for my wife and was immediately impressed with the staff.Very courteous and extremely professional! Eric Stevens helped guide me through the designing process which was easier than I thought. Picked up the ring today and it exceeded my expectations and it was exactly what my wife had envisioned!! Before leaving I was having a conversation with Awushie (just one of the great ladies on the staff!) and I was telling her about a gold chain and crucifix I had when I was younger but had lost and could never find one quite like it. She said I think we might have something like that over here let's take a look...I was floored to see it was exactly what I had been looking for! It was pre-owned but immaculate.(And a great price)She then took the time to go into her computer , find and order the exact same crucifix I used to have too! Couldn't be happier with my experience and thanks again to everyone at Stevens...

This is the best jewelry store around. They have a great inventory for you to browse and choose from or help get ideas. I'm always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help me figure out the perfect item even when I don't know what exactly it is that I'm looking for.

Second review of this really great jewelry store as I was back again today during all this virus nonsense and they were open with restrictions and had masks on and hand sanitizer available for me and kept all the patrons at least six fee apart. The missus and I were back to have a custom made necklace for our daughter and the experience was phenomenal again and we picked and chose until we got exactly what we wanted and they delivered it exactly when they said they would which was important because it was for her 21st birthday.
