Five Below — Local services in West Springfield

Typically I love stores like this one. When 5 Below first opened it was great. It was called 5 Below because of the prices of items in the store, everything was either $5 or below. Nowadays it needs a new name. Maybe something like 5 Below Plus. Because now their items are Mostly $5 or below. However they also now carry items that are Over $5. So how can you call your store 5 Below yet sell products that are not only up to but also more than Twice the price? A few times over the past few months I've gone into 5 Below stores. I seen items that had me Shocked to see in 5 Below. I mean if it's at 5 Below that must mean it's $5 or below, right? WRONG! The prices I've seen were $10+.

My only gripe is I wish there would be more than one employee working at a time, I went about a week ago with my two daughters and there was this middle aged looking man who kept staring at my daughters (both of whom are 10) and followed them everywhere they went, getting way too close to them several times, I was worried he would hurt them or do something inappropriate due to how erratic he was acting. My husband went to go find someone to tell them about the guy and the only present employee wasn't even at the register. Better safety measures in case of incidents like this I believe would be improved best by having more than one employee at least present at a time to prevent things like this before they...

This place is like a better quality dollar store. Everything is dirt cheap from electronics to toys to candy. The place seemed clean and staff greets you at the door. No bathrooms in sight but I wasn't expecting much.

The store is largely unorganized. There's clear general categories of things like toys, electronics, food, etc but never any sub categories. Every sort of feels messy and just chucked on the shelves. Everything is very child oriented judging my the amount of product that is just for kids. If you have kids, it's not an awful place.
