Boot Barn — Local services in West Springfield

This was my first time at Boot Barn, and I had such a great experience. I came in looking for a full outfit, head to toe, for the Morgan Wallen concert. The employee who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly friendly and guided me through the entire process, helping me pick out the perfect look.

I also appreciated the extra perks—they offer a 10% discount to first responders and military, and I got an additional $10 off since it’s my birthday month. That was a nice bonus!

Overall, my experience was very positive. I know some reviews mention issues with customer service, but that was not the case for me. The staff member who helped me and the lady at the counter were both extremely nice and made the whole shopping trip enjoyable.

Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a pair of boots this afternoon and was not even acknowledged. One gentleman was helping two ladies with hats. I was one aisle over and from the counter where they were at and from what I overheard he did a terrific job, explaining the hats, fitting, shaping etc. However he never bothered to take a second to ask if I needed any assistance. Another worker walked past me several times and never offered any assistance. He didn't even say hello. After trying on several pair of boots and seeing a person just walking around doing nothing I left the store. There were a few other customers looking at boots as well and I did not see or hear any of the workers offer...

If you’re looking for any assistance on finding items, don’t come here. This Boot Barn location has self-service, WITHOUT the kiosks. You get my point. I was in the store on a Tuesday afternoon at 1pm for at least 15-20min and was NEVER asked if I needed assistance. Mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store! This was my very first time at Boot Barn and it will be my last! I would rather order online if I needed...
