Unbelievably horrible service from both bartenders. This was my VERY FIRST visit to this bar. Blonde curly haired bartender walked by me about 30 times waiting on the same people over and over while I tried getting just one drink. Stood there with my money in my hand and watched near a whole volleyball game while waiting. Tried to get the male bartender’s attention to help me. He served the ladies to the left of me and moved on to the guy to my right. When I tried to get the girl’s attention again to let her know I’d been standing there for 30 minutes, she shrugged her shoulders at me. My mother tried to help me get a drink since I couldn’t seem to get acknowledged. The bartender continued to walk by us, not giving us any look of acknowledgment, even serving patrons who were standing BEHIND us for 15 minutes before we asked a waitress to help us. (Not to mention me and the other guests I was with were sitting at a table the whole hour we were there and didn’t get spoken to by a waiter or waitress once either.) After confronting the bartender she continued in an unprofessional manner, throwing F words at us for being upset about not getting any service whatsoever. I am unbelievably unhappy at how horrible the service at this bar was and how RUDE the bartenders were, especially the girl for yelling. First time i went we sat down promptly but waited for a good amount of time before the server that was just at the door and watched us sit down came over to ask what we wanted. We asked for a couple beers and some basic nachos that's all. We got our beer in a reasonable time but 15 minutes later we were wondering where the nachos were. The server was going around to tables along with socializing with other workers then she finally came over and straight up asked if we ordered food? Like seriously we were shocked and replied yes just basic nachos she said ok went to the kiosk and came back a few minutes later asked what it was we ordered again. We was likenis this girl ok or had she been drinking on the job. Finally after coming over a third time she assured us the food was on the way..7 minutes later it was brought out to us. Second time we went we were told they didn't have the bar open upstairs and was pretty much being told to not go up there. We wanted to shoot pool and didn't mind having to come down to get more beers but then we seen the server taking multiple orders upstairs so we now felt like we were being singled out for some reason and not being allowed to fully enjoy the overall experience of this place turned out it was a bunch of cops in uniform upstairs eating and drinking. We used to really love this place. We loved to frequent on Bingo night or just any nearby sports event because we love the atmosphere and the food and drinks are great. The issue we have is being treated rudely by Ashley and her boyfriend. We can definitely tell it is desperate times with having those two on staff. She has an attitude whenever we make a request. The last straw was when she decided to tell my friend that she gave our table to the other waitress and wasn't grabbing what he requested. Is it really that hard to meet a request of a customer? He sat for a while waiting on a drink. Our table spends at least $200 each time we go in. We sit there for 15-20 minutes with empty drinks. We understand it's a mad house on Bingo. Anytime we come in and half the tables are empty this isn't acceptable. I would run circles around these amateurs any day of the week. I may be biased, but Samantha was your winner by a long shot. She was always a good sport even when it was a madhouse and paid attention to her customers. I know it's hard to staff but if you keep these two we will NOT come back and they will DRIVE your business...
