Honestly a amazing family feeling business, Iāve been buying through this rent to own company ( and even had a loan through them ) for years now and every time Iām in need of furniture or a freezer they are always so friendly and quick to help!!! I recommend only this rent to own company to my family and friends for how many times they have went out of their way to help me when something went wrong. Even when I moved Apartments, from a ground floor to a third floor, the movers never complained and always put together my bed sets or asked me where I wanted my new item placed. Amazing gentlemen!! Iād just recently got a washer and dryer set through them and they were amazing till my top loader had an error with the lid not locking and needed to be worked on. Me and Misty literally have been fighting the washer and dryer company tooth and nail to have someone come out and fix my washer. AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO COME OUT!!!! If youāre ever looking for a new washer or dryer donāt ever buy from Midea!!!!! While going into what seemed like a battle with this Midea company, misty provided me with a washer to use in the mean time, which honestly made me tear up because I have 4 children and the amount of laundry I do is ridiculous. Anyways, I hope Action Rent to Own opens many more locations and thrives now and in the near future for the fact you donāt get this kind of customer support/care/service from many companies in this line of work. But after dealing with this company for the last couple of months I have realized how awful they really are. There is a woman named Yvette or something who claims to be in their ālegalā department. She will call you before your payment is even past due and demand that you make a payment then tell you if you make the payment on YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE they will charge you an additional 40.00 No one here knows what they are doing and are seriously confused. And if your payment is even 1 day late the same lady mentioned above will call you not once, not twice but 7 times and leave you 7 voicemails working 10 minutes. Itās borderline harassment. Now my payment is always on time and I generally pay for 2 months at a time but I was late ONE time. On top of all of this my dryer broke the first month I had it, I then had to wait an entire month for sears to come out and fix it and they offered no replacement or discount. Your better off finding another company that knows what they are doing and cares about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called to see if they had the rest of the furnisher I was supposed to receive I have waited 3 weeks and they told me I needed to go and show them what I was supposed to get for the third time I refused and gave them a description of it and they were very rude I told her I was going to make a payment but I didn't feel like I should until I atleast speak with the lady "misty" that I signed the contract with because I have been paying for stuff when most of it was not what I ordered eventually they insulted me enough and harassed me enough that I started yelling at the girl on the phone when she put "Yvette" on the phone to continue to say horrible and insulting things and I even simply asked for my money back so they can take their furnisher and I may go some where else and they kept harasing me calling me a theif and wanting me to pay for what I don't want and they even sent the deliver guys to my house shortly after and when I refused to let them take it they threatened to call the cops on me when I wasn't even late on payment yet!!! They are the worst staff I have ever had...
