This company is the worst company of any industry I have ever experienced.
I do not recommend it at all.
It does not seem suitable for purchasing relatively expensive items like cars.
Furthermore, be aware that this company asks customers to give them a five-star Google review in person at the time of purchase, so they have high ratings. As others have also noted, they demand additional costs beyond the displayed price, which is outrageously high compared to other dealerships.
[Facts] Here are the 'facts': 5/25: Purchased the car 5/28: Car delivered
6/10: Transmission malfunction 7/17: Completed Transmission repair 36 days passed with no response except when contacted by me. During this time, arranged for a rental car. Rental car cost $1819.54, but only $1394.71 was inexplicably reimbursed. Even though they arranged this rental car themselves. Only received a partial refund after formally requesting it. Still no explanation or full refund, despite ongoing requests. No response Salesperson has since resigned
8/4: Steering malfunction Unable to move the car and called at 9 AM to inquire where to take it, but received no response by 2pm During this period, my car was left stranded on the roadside. Contacted in the early morning, but all employees were in a meeting and unable to assist. After multiple calls, finally connected with the sales representative, but the manager was also in a meeting and unable to help. However, after making me wait for five hours, they went silent. I gave up on requesting repairs and took it to an Audi dealer myself.
8/31: The steering malfunction has not been fixed yet. The repairs are still not complete, and I am currently without a car. I have paid, but I don't have the car. “No Car”
*I only drove this car for 30 out of the 97 days.
[Impressions] Here are my 'impressions' of this dealership: I understand that cars may break down; it's unavoidable as machines can malfunction. However, human interaction can be controlled. How a company handles such situations reflects its quality. Is it acceptable to purchase a car that breaks down in two weeks and then receive no communication or assistance for over a month? Certainly not for any business partner I would choose to work with.
Moreover, when a breakdown actually happens, forcing a customer to leave their car on the roadside and ignoring their plight for hours to conduct meetings—is that appropriate? Shouldn’t someone else on the team step in? I have never encountered a company with such a business attitude, and I am truly astonished. I sincerely hope never to have to work with such a company again.
Emotionally, I am in an extremely frustrating situation, feeling almost compelled to express my dissatisfaction strongly, but I hope others considering a purchase here find this feedback useful.
I have documented all communications including texts, emails, and letters. Those communications also contained very disrespectful and careless treatment, not polite at all. I reiterate, the above are facts. Please avoid doing business with a company that exhibits...
Read moreLet me be blunt: this dealership is a disgrace. From the moment I sat down with the manager, I got a weird, almost racist vibe. I don’t like pulling that card, but it was clear he assumed I couldn’t afford a car and wasn’t serious. He literally told me, “you don’t make money” and “I don’t believe you make the amount you say you do.” He even said flat-out that he “couldn’t help me get a car” because I “don’t make any money.” That’s wild considering I already have actual approvals with Global Lending Services, Capital One, Westlake, Bank of America, and my own credit union. Not pre-approvals—real approvals. And there are multiple dealerships in the area ready to put me in a car worth more than anything Karma even had on their lot.
The salesman I dealt with was fine—professional, respectful. But the manager? He blew it all up. Because of him, Karma lost me, my uncle (buying soon), my grandmother (buying soon), and the business of my third LLC I’m launching where I planned to buy cars every single month for my rental fleet. That’s potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in long-term business gone because of one man’s arrogance and disrespect.
And when you read the other reviews? You see the pattern. This is not one bad day. This is how Karma operates. Bait-and-switch pricing (cars listed $10k–$15k cheaper online than in person). Hidden fees for “GPS trackers, key services, paint sealant” nobody asked for. Deposits stolen. Approvals promised over the phone that magically disappear when you arrive. People waiting months for plates and titles even after paying cash. Customers driving hours only to be told “oops, price went up.” It’s scammy, predatory, and unprofessional on every level. Multiple reviews even mention this place being under litigation. That’s how bad it is.
To the manager who dealt with me: you know who you are. You know what you said. You don’t just have a “bad attitude”—you are actively destroying Karma’s reputation. You’ve cost your company more in lost business than you’ll ever bring in. Every one-star review proves this isn’t isolated; it’s systemic. The slimeball tactics, the fake prices, the insults—it’s the playbook here. And if corporate doesn’t wake up, they deserve to watch customers bleed out the door.
PS: If I were you (consumer), I’d stay as far away from this place as possible. And if I were you (corporate), I’d fire this manager immediately. The man is a liability. If he’s willing to disrespect me like this and cost you this much business in one shot, there is absolutely no way it’s the first time, and absolutely no way it will be the last. Until Karma cleans house, this place will keep operating like the scam lot that it is. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I suggest everyone...
Read moreI would recommend for people to stay away from this dealer. They have prices they will tack onto the final price of your car, so the advertised price is a few thousand less than you'll actually pay. That's not the worst part, though. I worked on a deal with my sales person (who was actually a very nice guy through the whole process, so nothing against him) and once we came to an agreement (via text and selecting the financing through the website), I went to the dealership to sign the final papers and pick up the car. The car was washed and waiting for me, as the sales person said it would be. But then after I waited for about 45 minutes, I learned that there was someone else in process of doing paper work to purchase the car. I was told that if HIS financing didn't go through, then we could do the paperwork on that we agreed upon. They clearly favored selling the car for the higher price instead of what we agreed upon, they favored selling the car to a male (clear since they didn't take me seriously until my fiance came to meet me once I realized they were selling the car out from under our agreement), and they did not keep their word arguing that our agreement wasn't official since I hadn't put down a deposit (which I would have gladly done if they had even mentioned that needing to be done). Once we left, they sales person called and offered me $500 for my lost time (I spent multiple hours there on Friday and again on Sautrday). Following the call, they emailed me asking that I in turn don't post anything on social media, which I of course didn't agree to since that then becomes blackmail. Please do not waste your time or money with the people who run this dealership. They do not hold up to their end of the agreement, try to swindle you for more money wherever they can, and are sexist - not to mention not above blackmail. Now I wish I had looked at them on BBB since they have a B- and...
