This has been my 3rd trip in as many weeks and after tonight I am done. One of your OBNOXIOUS customers thought it was a good idea to take up 2 parking spots with his TESLA in front of the store. When I came in the store visibly agitated as he watched me struggle to get out of my car, it took me having to come in and say something to your RUDE customer to move his vehicle, having him witness the difficulty it took to get out of my vehicle with my children. Then another OBNOXIOUS customer thought it okay to comment about me having your rude customer move their vehicle.

Now I blame you! You never have enough people working the counter and when they are, they're obviously working with less than enough help.The last time I visited it took a half hour for 3 cups of FroYo. Me and my wife Tatiana came here for a late night froyo, and you will not be able to fathom what monstrosity was bestowed upon us. I find it hard to imagine it being called FROYO, as the selection ranged from vegan pineapple to tart whatever, and no chocolate vanilla froyo swirl in sight. Not to mention, strawberry??? One of Americas classic flavors derived from our rich history. The young lady working the counter looked at me like I roundhoused her grandmother when I questioned their selection. She proceeded with an aggressive stance, her eyes widening, teeth gritting, and face growing hot. My wife Tatiana was in tears at first bite, of her half soft serve and half froyo, as all the machines were malfunctioning. Is this what my tax dollars are going toward? Come at least 1-2 times a week, always later at night after work. Today they started to close @9:40 and told teenage girls in front of us they were closed. When we asked why they got nervous and let us in. Feel bad for the young girls who wouldn’t stand up for themselves. Ice cream is always good, the young staff are often rude rolling eyes when asking for multiple flavors along with today closing early.
