Union County Passports — Local services in Westfield

Very very happy. Friendliest staff ever. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. We went Thursday morning and by Saturday night our passports were already in the system. We did not pay for anything expedited. We submitted our info on June 20, 2019 and got our passports in the mail on July 17th, 2019. That’s EXACTLY 4 weeks later. Passport system said we’d get our stuff 6-10 weeks! All the paperwork went though and it was smooth sailing. My recommendation is to fill out the passport info on the website and print. Everything will be legible. Also have copies of everything the least they can do is say that they don’t need it. Come prepared like I did! 10/10 best place I’ve gone, to get my passport done hands down. I went on a saturday 10/10/19, got it processed by 10/17, was told it was coming by 10/29 & even got it received one day earlier. On top of that, I didn’t even ordered it to be expedited, was told it was gonna come in 6-8 weeks. I got it in 2 weeks & 2 days after I went to do it. & I only spent less then 10 minutes there, staff was nothing but friendly, & sweet. I had to renew my daughter's passport. I had so many questions, since it had been years I hadn't been there. Every question I had over the phone, they answered with patience and professionalism. It took a few weeks in order to get an appointment and I was so scared thinking I had forgotten something. I arrived on time for my appointment, it took about 15 minutes and I was out.
