I went in after months of contemplating this purchase and met Kayla. She was the most patient, kind and helpful person I’ve encountered in retail in a VERY long time. This purchase was something I was so excited to make and I truly felt like she was excited FOR me. She and I talked about what I would need in a purse and she educated me on the leather, types, what to look for and how to know what’s right for me. After she helped me see it all, I was able to make a fairly quick decision (after she conditioned two for me to compare - so sweet!) and found my absolute best purse ever. Fount offers the most beautiful, quality leather handbags in the market. I first saw these at the Cleveland Flea, where one of the founders, Jackie, explained that all of the bags are handcrafted right at their studio in Cleveland. The next day I went to their store and met her cofounder and husband, Phillip, where he spoke about the incredible quality behind each product and their vision to make the best handbag. They both were so kind, warm and earnest. I felt so good about my purchase. So cool to support a local company making a top of a line product that is so tied to the community and one that the brand truly stands behind, so much so that they offer a lifetime warranty. I LOVE Fount!!!! I replaced my 5 year old Tumi briefcase with the Atlas a few months ago and the only regret I have is that I didn't do so sooner. It is beautiful and very well made, the handles are the perfect size and shape both to grasp or wear over my shoulder, I didn't even need to buy the shoulder strap.

I have also ordered an initial tag and initial scout wallet since then. Customer service was great both times. I'm so looking forward to seeing what new styles and colors they come out with and am proud that they are located right...
