Emailed an owner and manager with my experience over week ago, never received any response. They just dont care.

"Let me preface this email by saying: Wild Mango has been one of my (and my fiancee's) favorite restaurants for quite some time. We've given it high reviews, talked it up to friends and family, and have had NOTHING but good to say about it...that is, until our most recent visit. On Friday, October 27th, my fiancee, a friend, and I arrived for dinner at 7. We were promptly seated, but that's as far as the "attentive" service went. After sitting there for at least 5-10 minutes, we flagged down a waitress and asked for a drink menu. She returned a little while later and said our waiter (an older Asian gentleman who we were later told is married to the manager) would be with us soon...then the wait began (again). A different waitress arrived with dinner rolls, but our waiter was still nowhere to be found. When he finally came back, he took our drink order, returned with our drinks, and then disappeared. The waitress who delivered the dinner rolls had to come over to take our order because he was busy tending to something else. And in the end, we never even got a rundown of specials (we got to overhear what they were AFTER the fact when somebody came back to take the order of the next table over). My friend and I both ordered the Grilled Beef Tenderloin. He requested his medium rare, I requested mine medium. When the food finally arrived, his looked to be medium, while mine was well done. (And, for the price you pay for that dish, it should be done according to specification.) By the time our waiter came back to check on us, so much time had passed, it pointless to even ask for a new one because my fiancee and friend were almost done with their food and we had after-dinner plans that we had to get to. PLUS, he never offered to make it right nor did he offer an apology. He just took the plate and walked away--that's just plain rude! The service was terrible. The wait time was terrible (especially because other tables that arrived after us were being served before us). It was just an overall terrible experience that I really thought needed to be brought to...

Neighbor took me here on 12/9/20 raved about food and decor and special lunch prices. She wanted me to look at the bar area I thought very quant intimate I noticed 2 straw papers on the floor server walked right over them. We were seated it was not busy we were given water and for 15 mins no server had approached us she mentioned this to an employee and in mins a server said she would be right with us. She comes to the table with dishes she picked up off of an empty table walked over to us and asked for our order no welcome just can I take your order. She ordered her dish and then ordered my dish she did not write anything down I assumed that's customary the use memory. About 25 mins go by and my friends order came out and my salad I asked her why would they bring you lunch and not mine instead I had my salad. She is eating slow waiting for my order to come out.After 15 mins we asked the server where was my dish lunch she said I did not order a lunch just a salad. My friend said he most certainly did the chicken and sides I looked at server and said are you serious you did or do not remember me ordering my lunch she said no. I and friend were in complete shock she came back with a menu I responded no thanks and how disappointed I was this being my 1st visit. Now normally I would ask for the manager I came so close and decided I would not. We were not compensated for her misunderstanding nor was I looking for anything I had already made up my I would never return to this establishment again. And as I looked around while seated it could use a good dusting and cleaning. Wild...
