Brody and Brandon are the people we spoke to that I know of but, they were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and overall extremely helpful.

This was our first time (family of 4) doing this type of experience and at this location.

Brandon welcomed us at the front of the building, explained what we needed to do to get checked in, and answered any questions we had before Broday took us in for the tutorial.

Brody gave us a rundown of all the equipment, what we needed to do, how to play, explained the game, etc.

The only issues we had, (and there were practically none) was that sometimes there would be lag for one or two of us, or the gun was having trouble.

The staff were very quick to assist in resolving the issue. The lag was fixed in minutes, but the only reason our other problem took a little longer than expected was that one of the USB dongles that registers the gun to the server (making it usable) was broken and they had to replace it.

I cannot think of anything wrong about this place or the people.

If you love video games, or your kids do, this is an amazing experience. They have shooter games/zombies, Squid Games, and others (I believe).

I will 100% go back, either with family or friends because it was such...

If you haven't tried virtual reality this is the place! Everyone in my household does own an Oculus and we are fans but this is the ultimate team experience. This location is especially perfect because there is also so much around you to do before and after. This includes shopping, entertainment, restaurants, etc. The workers are friendly. The atmosphere is warm. There are several virtual reality experiences to choose from. This is my 3rd time going and there will be a 4th, 5th, and so on! Bring friends, family, or both. Experience with strangers in teams and make new friends! Either way you'll have fun! Price is $50 to $60/person but we'll worth the 40min to an hour experience! It is the full body experience with the sensors on both your hands and feet, mimicking your every move. If you haven't experienced VR like this by now, then you haven't experienced!! Check it out. Now offering gift cards that come with additional value. I bought a $120 card, received an additional $30, code sent straight to my email for next time. Hurry now! Experience now, and get a few extra bucks off to experience it...

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a sandbox vr. I couldn't hear any of the game, just voice audio from the person I was playing with. I told the workers that my headset wasn't working and that I couldn't hear any game audio and they switched the headset which didn't fix anything. So ultimately I just had my buddy tell me all of the instructions since I couldn't hear anything whatsoever. Also, shortly after the headset replacement, I heard the workers talk to themselves in the background saying "maybe he's hard of hearing" which is just absolutely uncalled for and ironic considering I wouldn't have heard them say that if that was the case. And for the cherry on top, it all would've been fine if i could've at least played the game, but I kept losing tracking. I counted a total of 10 times that this happened where my tracking just stopped working altogether. If I could rate zero stars for the entire experience I 100 percent would’ve. An hour of my life and 123 dollars wasted for an experience that I really thought would’ve been worth the trouble.

I'm never going to another...

Sandbox is the BLUEPRINT for the virtual reality gaming experience. They allow adults and minors to visit so it’s definitely a fun place to take the children. It was really spacious so it’s not like other VR gaming where they have you packed in one area, and they take plenty of reservations at a time. They’re very strict on reservations as well, so it keeps the flow of reservations steady so You’re not waiting too long Rahib Ali and Cortez we’re our game attendants and they were very nice and they helped explain everything , very well and they were very patient, considering many people have never done this before and they’ve probably seen people experience VR for the 1st time 10000 times. The only thing that was a little annoying was that we had about 4 or 5 technical difficulties in the midst of our 25 minute ish , session which was unfortunate , however it was the end of the day so , we were the second to last group to go. They swiftly changed the batteries and resumed our game in less than 1 minute. 10/10 would recommend!

So me and my family went there on 1-24-2025 and when we walked in I was greeted and felt good about the service. The young man told us to sign in and someone will be right with us so we sat down and waited . And man and his son came in and they had him do the same instead of waiting they rushed him and his son to suit up and get ready for there game . I felt that .that was odd cause we had been sitting there for over 15mins and this guy comes in and there’s no issue at all. Soon after I say something to the guy that checked me in and he said he was sorry the other guy is a little off.. so when it was time for me too suit up the guy acted as if he didn’t want to touch nor help us . So now I’m like is this because I’m African American ?? I tried to look pass this but me and my family was not only made to feel comfortable but we would go back ever . I spent almost 200.00 to be made to feel like I didn’t belong and with poor service
